Good experience here I bought a set of tires a week later one of my tires got a nail on the side wall. They gave me a great price when I came back was really surprised on how great their customer service is thank you guys.

I couldn’t be happier with this shop. I was in the hospital and my son had a tire issue. They were absolutely amazing. He left with a new tire and will be going back to replace the rest. I’m so incredibly grateful for the top notch care.

100% perfect in every way. Didn't have my size used (weird Volkswagen stuff), had to order new and still paid about $500 less than at the last shop. Great communication across staff, friendly, helpful and polite. New tires were on in about 20 minutes. Could not ask for more. My new go-to, hands down. I will be recommending to everyone - Thank you Cruz!!

Quoted 45 as a firm out the door installation price on a used tire. Then when I arrived they changed the price to 55. Bait-and-switch. Discount tire just turn my business because the mom-and-pop shop is still old school trying to screw the consumer

Really cool! It's an old building, but everything works! service was really great and friendly, They offer a specific rewards program for free tire patches and rotation. If you follow them on Twitter, and you like a certain post advertising the special, plus apply a certain sticker on your car ( I actually like it!), They then offer free reoccurring patch repair service and tire rotation. All you have to do is follow, like and ask! Prices on used tires are pretty standard $45 from the date of this post, however they're still on the low side. I will definitely come back!

Terrible service. We drove all the way from Sonoita after they said they had the tire we needed. Turns out they never bothered to look. Then they were very rude. Unprofessional. Don’t use.

Buyers BEWARE when buying tires new or used, from this place...some tires have been in stock for a long time, they are dry rotted and cause other things like balancing issues which out the door makes your vehicle run wobbly like if having alignment issues and when brought to their attention, all they have to say is that we have alignment problem when you didn't have any issues in the first place coming to them, and refusing to balance your tires you just bought to correct the problem and you have to go to another tire place to confirm no alignment issues, and you cant balance DRY ROTTED tires correctly!!! You expect great customer service and quality, not trying to place blame on the customer and not making it right but changing or upgrading with in a reasonable time frame like 7 days of purchasing? stating that we already put wear and tear on the tires??? Why sell used tires that are dangerous and when confronted about the problem they will not honor their Mistake???? AND when trying to request to talk to the owner Adrian Cruz and the staff gives you the run around? Wow like that is no way to run a business.. ALL we were asking to take back rotted tires and well pay for the upgrade and they refused...so now stuck with dangerous rotted tires that should not have been sold as safe and good quality....

Had a great experience getting a good deal on tires here. I found a ad on Facebook marketplace for the size I needed. Give him a call and they held the tires for me till I was able to get off work. I was in and out of there and about 30 min with a great set of used tires.

This company is one of the best places in Tucson.. Very good people they go above and beyond for their customers.. very pleased with the service not too many places have people that know how to treat their customers like they do... Won't do business again sold me dry rotted tires didn't last a month because of that I was left on the side of the road and charged me $300 for bad tires Rip off company
