In my experience, this shop is utterly unethical and unprofessional. I think they’re negligent and reckless. If I were you, I would avoid this place. On 10/28/2024, I came in for an oil change and there was only one other customer in the shop waiting for their vehicle. I brought my own oil and filter. This shop took a very long time to do a simple oil and filter change on a basic car which caused me to be late for my tire appointment. The “mechanic” who worked on my car eventually notified me that they finished the oil change. Since my vehicle’s manual calls for 3.7 quarts of oil, I expected there to be around a quart of oil remaining in the five quart jug I provided them. I asked the “mechanic” where he placed the jug with oil and he said he used all of it and he confirmed that he checked the dip stick to make sure the oil level was right. He claimed “it was good”. When I arrived at the tire shop, I checked the dipstick and I discovered they put too much oil in the vehicle. The dealerships I called said they only put between 4 to 4.25 quarts. I called CSC and they said they would fix the issue. CSC not only made me late to my tire appointment, but they also made me late for my alignment appointment. I had to waste gas and time going out of the way and back to CSC in order for them to fix the serious problem they caused. I showed Justin that the oil level was high on the dipstick. He confirmed the oil level was high. The same “mechanic” took the skid plate off, drained some excess oil, and put everything back together. I asked him if he tightened the drain plug and he said “he did”. Days later, I noticed oil stains on the garage floor and they came from my car. I looked underneath the car and I saw oil dripping from the skid plate. I placed cardboard underneath the car. On 11/8/2024, I called CSC and spoke with Justin. I told him about the oil leak and asked if their most experienced employee could look at it. He said to bring the car in and they would look at it. I brought my car in and demanded a refund. Justin said “you brought your own oil” and shouted “you’re not getting a refund”. Justin’s voice was loud and his demeanor was very aggressive and unprofessional. Justin should have understood my frustration and issued me a refund, especially because of all the unnecessary back-and-forth (which they caused). Justin takes the car back and it’s placed on a lift. I’m then taken to the car and asked to identify the leak because he doesn’t see any leaks. I told him to take the skid plate off so we can make sure and he said he’s not taking off the skid plate. I asked him again and he refused to take off the skid plate. I brought the cardboard with the oil leaks and I showed him that, as well as the pictures of the oil stains on the garage floor. Justin didn’t care. I asked him where the oil on the cardboard and garage floor came from if it wasn’t coming from my car, and he said he didn’t know. I took my car to another shop and they identified the source of the oil leak — a loose oil drain plug. It turns out that the oil drain plug was not tightened and there was oil on the skid plate and oil pan. Justin would have realized that had he actually cared to take off the skid plate to properly inspect the leak. If Justin doesn't want to work, then he should quit or be fired. And again, please run very far away from this shop. If this shop ruins your car, then please sue them and hold them accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Please also file complaints against this shop with the appropriate authorities such as the State’s Attorney General’s Office. Put CSC Automotive out of business.

Between being told an issue would be addressed for SEVERAL weeks and nothing happening, numerous times dropping off the vehicle and the never received “call back”…not sure we’ll continue doing business with CSC.

I highly recommend CSC Automotive. I needed new break pads/rotors and an oil change and Billy and his team did an incredible job. You should defintely go see Billy at CSC for all your car needs!

I delivered tires to these guys for years, now the company I work for is down the road and I always drop my vehicle off here. It's fast and friendly. My vehicle has always been ready when they said it would be and if it was not I received a phone call first. Highly recommend this place.

John & Billy run a great shop. Always honest, fair in pricing & do what they say they’re going to. Will always let me know if there’s an issue with my car I don’t know about, and if it needs immediate attention or not. Never try to upsell or sell me something I don’t need. Highly recommend using them!
