I have taken my cars to CTR for several years. I trusted them to fix my vehicles but they broke that trust. I originally took my car in for a coolant leak. They 'fixed' it but it kept leaking. The second time in they 'fixed' it again. By the 3rd time they said it was the complete turbo line that needed replacing ($4000). While contemplating such an expense my alternator went out. I got it towed to CTR and decided to have them do all the repairs because I trusted the front end man with my life. Total bill- $4500. Drove it for a few days and it still wasn't right. It smelled of burnt oil, was smoking a bit and was still leaking. CTR said give it a few days its just stuff burning off from the work they did. When it didnt go away I took it back in. This time it was a $100 valve cover supposedly not caused by their work. Three days later my car started smoking and I pulled over, opend the hood and there were flames. From there the entire car was engulfed in flames and the firefighters got they just in time to keep it from blowing up. Obviously it was a total loss. Because my insurance company deemed the cause of the fire was undeterminable (obviously it was burnt to a crisp) CTR is not taking any blame at all! They are doing absolutely NOTHING for me. No refund! Nothing. I get that there's no PROOF but come on! Thats bad business and I will never take a car there again! Update: CTR did end up giving me a partial refund $1500.

Not being from the area, they were able to get me in right away. The work that they performed for me was great and done faster then what I had expected. The cost of repairs was less expensive than everyone else that I talked to. The guy at the front desk (Aaron) was amazing. He walked me thru everything that would be needed and why. Would I go back there? Absolutely!!!

We take all our vehicles to CTR South for all of our regular maintenance. Great pricing & quality service. Appreciated the honest technicians and staff who didn’t try to pull the wool over my eyes or take advantage of being a woman who doesn’t know a whole lot about cars; they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t actually need. Definitely recommend!

I had a 100% flat tire at 5pm on a Wednesday across the street. They took my call and within minutes were at my location. Then the tire was off, object I ran over identified, they took it to their shop and plugged it. They were putting my tire on and I was on the road like nothing happened before I even finished telling the story to a friend on the phone. They went above and beyond!

Want to voice my disappointment with CTR and how I will not use it again. I took my truck to the southside location. I had it towed in and wanted diagnostics. You staff diagnosed my truck as a bad timing chain. I told them to go ahead and fix it. Turns out it was not timing chain. It was distributor cap and rotor. Which I would have replaced myself. Was never called and updated and asked if I wanted them to fix it. So instead of costing me $125 diagnostics I get to pay for a timing cover gasket, antifreeze, oil change. All things not needed had they known how to diagnose correctly. So now I got stuck paying $550. Again will never use them for diagnosis or anything again!!
