This is not your typical auto dealer. There were no high pressure sales tactics or cheesy conversations. Judson was a super friendly, laid back salesman who just let us be while we looked over the car. When we told him we wanted to think about it overnight, he didn't try to pressure us into buying the car right then. He just gave us his contact info and told us to call him when we were ready. We really enjoyed working with him and would recommended to anyone looking for a gently vehicle to check out the selection at CTS Auto.

I got my brakes done here last month. The team was super helpful and informed me of everything that needed to be done without trying to over sell me things. Being a female, sometimes going to automotive shops can be uncomfortable, however, the staff there did everything they could to be polite and make me feel comfortable. I will only go to them moving forward, 10 out 10 would definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to Darnell for all my car issues for over 8 years. Even though he now has moved about 30m away from me I will continue to make the drive to go see him. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. He’s been nothing but honest and upfront about all work that Ive ever needed. A trustworthy mechanic.

This place is truly outstanding and reliable! Initially, I felt a bit nervous, but meeting Anthony immediately put me at ease. There was no sales pressure—he was kind, honest, and encouraging. Anthony guided me through the process, making it simple and stress-free. I also had a great experience working with Jud, who handled the paperwork quickly, allowing me to drive away in my beautiful car in no time. I highly recommend this dealership. I can't say enough good things about Frank and his team at CTS in Aurora; I was driving home from work and ran over a file in the road; the file went through my tire and rim. I was in a bad way, and CTS was close. Frank worked hard to ensure I could get a reasonably priced rim and new tire. While there, he and his team looked it over and found a few other minor things that needed to be cleaned up and fixed that I wasn't aware of, and best of all, he got it done fast. I will be bringing my car back here all the time now.

Just bought a car here from Jud. He was fantastic! I went in nervous because it was my first car note in years. He had the car ready for us to test drive for our appointment. He had answers to almost all my questions and if he didn’t we got to the proper answers. He made the process seamless. We enjoyed the entire process of the car buying experience. I feel confident the vehicle is top notch and they gave us the best service. Including Andy, the mechanic. All the staff were amazing. I am highly recommending.

After purchasing a car from Jason we had an issue with the hybrid battery. I took the car in and per our agreement Jason paid for the issue to be fixed. Legit bought a car from them and with in a couple weeks the vehicle started to have trouble shift and dying on me in traffic. Called them and well sold as is so I'm f hahaha would not do any business with these guys. Can't help but feel scammed stay away and skip the head ache. Edit a little over a month after purchase and now truck won't start at all. Run away.

I've been going to CTS to service since 2009. They're very honest, only fix what's needed, and they find ways to save you money. If you're close enough and they are able, they'll drop you off and pick you up when your car's done. I've bought two cars from them. They are very upfront, the pricing is fair, and they are very laid back. I told Sean what I was looking for in a car and the car I had in mind. He told me the car I was looking to get was not a good buy. He kept me from making a huge mistake. Plus, you get a discount on service for as long as you have the car. I would quickly recommend this company. I won't go anywhere else.

In about one minute they analyzed the problem with our 2012 Toyota Sienna CV joint that our previous mechanics simply could not figure out in three attempts, and they had the car back to us, running like new, by the next day. Really nice people who go out of their way to explain the problem and show you their work.
