This shop stole property out of my vehicle last week on 11/11 . I dropped my BMW off in the morning for a broken tail light and when I went to pick it up at the end of the day I had noticed one of my hats were missing out of the backseat . I immediately went back and spoke with a worker upon closing . I told him the situation and he was able to pull up on the computer the images they had taken of the inside of my vehicle prior to the repair. In the picture you could see my 60 dollar hat in the back seat.We both went back to the car and looked for the hat together, My hat was not there . He told me he would get to the bottom of the situation and he would be sure I would be reimbursed for my stolen property , he seemed upset and showed empathy so I thought the situation would be handled . The following day something told me to check my hat bag I also keep in my back seat to see if they stole anything els. Indeed another hat was missing . I had 2 hats total stolen from me and when I went to follow up about the issue they treated me as if I was lying about the situation & said they couldn’t do anything for me so pretty much I would just have to deal with my property being stolen from them . I have been a loyal customer with this shop for a few years now, so for this to happen and the way they treated me really sucked. At the end of the day I don’t even care about the hats , it’s more so I feel like whoever stole out of a loyal customers car should be held accountable & it just seems like that won’t be the case at all. If you get your vehicle repaired here please do not leave anything at all inside!

The whole process after I got rear ended took about 3 weeks. And most of that was them waiting for approval to start the work from the insurance. Once they got approval my car was worked on and done very fast. I was kept up to date on what stage my car was in with a text every day or every other day. Drop off and pick up were fast and easy.

Everyone at Cubbage Collision was great. I was referred to them by my insurance and I am glad they did. Their customer service is great, they explained everything clearly, and they kept constant communication along the way. I went in for a wheel and tire replacement and exterior damage repair and so far I’m very happy with the results. Definitely recommend.

I am so happy with the work done on my vehicle!! Although my insurance paid in full, I thought the price was very reasonable too. The car looked brand new and cleaner than it was when I bought it (inside and out). Also I mostly worked with Abby and Brooke. They were so very friendly and knowledgeable, and, made the whole experience seem so easy. The concierge service between Cubbage and the car rental service was a huge plus as well. Thank you guys so much!

Malísimo para el trabajo que hicieron con mi truck. Una GMC Denali 2023., fue llevada por la aseguranza para reparar sobre tormenta de hielo y si repararon pero con mucha tardanza al final de la entrega dejaron partes malas y sobre todo daños que tomaron mucho tiempo en repararlos y yo seguía sin mi carro., al final me entregaron siempre mi carro con sensores sin funcionar que no arreglaron lo cual tuve que llevarlo al dealer donde compré mi carro ellos muy expertos lo repararon en dos días., lo cual no creo recomendar ya que en si estuvo casi tres meses en este taller.,

Cubbage helped repair my windshield, repair and paint my fender on my Honda S2000. The paint work was very good. But, there were a lot of other issues that really are frustrating and disappointing. The good: The paint work looks ok. It does not match the stock laguna blue pearl color. The bad: I have tux-mat floor liners that fit snuggly inside the floorboard and are held in place by unique clips. When i got the car back, the floor liner was stained white (primer?), and most of the clips were broken or missing. Now I have to order more clips and the floor Liner does not fit right. They installed the emblems S and 2000 backwards on my car. I had to bring it back (which they did fix in 30 minutes, after i drove back to their shop from the other side of town). The ugly: They over-sprayed blue paint on the underside of my vehicle by the fender they painted. They also over-sprayed blue paint on my wheel (on the rim). I cannot remove the blue paint - I am afraid to use anything too harsh, for fear it would remove the paint on the wheel also. Update: they painted my door, but did not paint the door handle or the sideview mirror. The paint match is poor, you can see the color difference easily in bright light. Because the paint match was poor, it is easy to distinguish the difference in color from the sideview mirror. This was a shop referred to me by GEICO. I expected much better quality.

Found this shop through my insurance, and I'm happy I did! Great service and repair work. I hope that I won't need them again, but this IS Houston, so if I'm in need of body work again I would we definitely return.

I’ve had 2 vehicles repaired at this shop and I’ve had a wonderful experience. The repairs look great, and the people were very helpful.
