When our Onan generator would not start on our RV we were desperate to find someone to fix it as we were on a month long trip. It turns out that RV dealers are not equipped to repair these generators and Cummins who makes Onan is the place to go. Ted O, based on our description of the problem, agreed to preorder a fuel pump, that would be available by the time we made it to Gillette. When we arrived they said they had several 30/50 amp hookups that we could use, as the repair would take most of the day. It worked out perfectly as we got there in the evening and they had the work done by late the next day. The customer service was phenomenal (thanks Ted!) and everyone was very friendly including their generator "wizard" mechanic who explained what he found and how he fixed it. It took me a year to write this review and when I recently found the bill in our RV I knew I had to recognize the excellent service.

We can’t say enough about your dealership and extremely friendly and helpful /knowledgable mechanic Nikoli. We were heading home to Canada in a large motorhome with a 13 hour drive ahead of us and broke down. Nikoli went above and beyond to fix our problem and get us back on the road within two hours. Such a pleasure to deal with such professionalism

This place is God put in this area, they really care about the customer and know their engines! Jeff was amazing I had paccar engine they couldn’t read the codes due to software variance but they gave me support troubleshooting and technical service. They didn’t even let me pay after working for over an hour with me in cold outside. Thank you!

I called on a Monday and talked to Alex and explained my Generator in my rv would not start. He made room for me on Tuesday which was also the day we were passing by on our way to Yellowstone. We got there at 9am and he set me up for next in line. At 10am, the tech Bryan who came out and walked me thru the problem and gave me great insite on operating Onan generators that the manual doesn't discus. Great stuff!. Thanks to Bryan and Alex! I was on the road at 10:30am!!

I cannot say enough good things about the Gillette, WY Cummins Service Center. We were 3,000 miles from home in an RV headed to Alaska when a fuel line on the generator started leaking. Ted in the service department was able to work us in that day so we made a 2 ½ hour detour to reach the service center. They quickly found and fixed the problem and sent us on our happy way! I would drive 6 hours or more out of the way to use this service center. 5 Star rating!

On the phone scheduling we were very impressed, we were able to stay on site for 7:30am appointment. We were only there for annual service. Now for reality! 1. We had to call office at 7:50 to make sure we weren't forgotten, was told our guy was on the phone and when he got off, they'd let him know. 2. The tech showed up and didn't really care if we were there or not. When asking questions he shrugged his shoulders and acted like we were idiots for asking. When asked how long he thought it might take, again shrugged shoulders and would call when it was done. We got at least half a day. We're in a motorhome and have reservations down the road, if we were going to be late or not make it that night, I needed to call. Needless to say, we left our home, not feeling very confident. 3. We return to Cummins at 2, can we help you? We explained we are the people with the motorhome being serviced. Ok, the last door on the left is the waiting room. Fine! It would of been nice if someone offered to check on it, let us know how much longer, no big deal, just a courtesy. 4. We received the bill, the gentleman that gave us the bill really didn't want to go over with us. It was a bit more than we anticipated, but not surprised. Almost $2000 for a service! Almost $1300 in labor, $265 an hour!!!!! WOW! 5. We own a Country Coach, not a Holiday Rambler! Sorry Holiday Rambler, but that's an insult!!! This Cummins knew nothing about our coach! NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WILL FIND A DIFFERENT CUMMINS! We've been pleased with other Cummins, so it's not the company.

I can't say enough good things about this place. They were honest, reliable, accommodating and friendly. Their follow through was top notch. My husband and I were boondocking out near Alcova when our generator when out! We called this place and the next day we were headed that direction. They isolated the problem, got us fixed and the part that impressed me the most is they had very strict Covid-19 rules for the safety of everyone! If you are in Wyoming and need help, if you called Cummins in Gillette you will be taken care of!

Professional Con Artists Tried to charge me $411, for removing six screws and telling me my generator on my horse trailer was locked up and needed replaced with a $4000 one and when I said I'll wait to get one they drummed up some BS charges and expected payment. They didn't even put it back together. Will never use them again they are Crooks!!!!!!!!

Had good experience getting parts through parts department for my Onan. Getting it fixed was different. Was told needed water pump which took service dept a week to get and longer to install. Now have major water leak and need reschedule an appointment for them to assess ? Not best customer follow up.

Top of the customer service relations. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The mechanics are willing to come out front and discuss you truck problem when you get stumped doing your own repairs and need some helping advice. As with all Cummins shops they are quite pricey. But you are getting Cummins Certified Service and OEM parts. That makes the added price acceptable in my book.

Service was excellent and we were able to park on their RV pad with electric HU for the two nights it took to get our generator repaired. I would give them five stars if Cummins wasn't so overpriced.

Was head to this faculty to get parts for my generator when we list our brakes on our FREIGHTLINER, limped into the faculty and talked to service manger, he checked under the truck and found a brake line fitting loose. He tighten it backup and we had brakes again. Back on the road.
