I was trying to get my 72 Cadillac in for some basic repairs and all the hot rod shops were booked out for months and wanted incredible amounts of money. Curt’s got me in and out within a day and the price was reasonable. They do outstanding work! I’m taking all my cars there now

My mechanic of 30+ years was unable to service the AC on my 2018 Accord. I found Curt’s on the Bumper to Bumper website. They did an awesome job, everything went just as they described it would. It is very obvious they value every customer. They now have another repeat customer, I will go back without hesitation.

We have been taking our cars to Curt's for many years. They are top notch. The people who work here are honest and dependable. Christian values and sweet people. We have never had a take back or any issues with repair. They are the best. Ethan and the gang in the front deliver the best customer service. The mechanics are very good too.

Curts is our families go to auto shop. I have always felt that it was important to have a local, family owned place that will treat you like family, and I have always gotten that at Curts. Today, when I had to go to Flagstaff on short notice due to a death in our family, when my "oil low" light came on. I am less than 100 miles over the sticker recommendation, so I thought I could do the oil change later. I came in just to check the oil level, and it was really low. I asked if I could just put some fresh oil in it to go up to Flagstaff, and the mechanic said that would probably be ok, but we all know how the road from Phoenix to Flagstaff can be. They offered to squeeze me in for a quick oil change so that I could get back out on the road to grab my kid from NAU and get back home tonight. I am forever grateful that we found Curts 13 years ago when we moved into the neighborhood, and I recommend them to everyone.

As a young woman who is not from this area I was very concerned about taking my car to a shop and getting screwed over. I was so so grateful for Curt's Auto Repair. I talked to Amy on the phone and she is the kindest woman I have ever met. They squeezed me in to look at my car and did more for me than they know. Eric, who looked at my car, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and he explained to me the problem with my car. Ethan was incredibly helpful and very nice to talk to. I have taken my F650 tree truck into Curt’s multiple times. They have always fixed the issue even when Peoria Ford Fleet Services was unable to. Prices were reasonable, and staff is very easy to communicate with.

Very disappointed. Definitely never go back that place. I dropped my car for diff fluid change. With no any issues. After that diff lock light flashing.They said if I want to fix I have to pay and it's not related with fluid change. It was happened three days after I got back my car.

Curt's Auto Repair is the place to take your car when it needs repairs. We had a blinker issue that no one (not even the dealership) could repair, and they fixed the problem in a reasonable timeframe and at a reasonable price. I would recommend anyone having car issues to take their vehicle to Curt's. They even leave candy in your vehicle when you pick it up!

Hi There, I had to take my 2007 Tundra with over 240k mileage for what I thought was a leak from the transmission turned out to be a less serious issue. I had my 1978 Corvette towed to Curt's Auto from a Corvette Specialist who couldn't repair it. I hate to admit it, but when I showed up, I was sassy and frustrated because the previous shop had my car for over a month and soaked me over $8K and I was in the exact same spot. Even with my sass, I was greeted by a professional, personable and friendly representative. She explained that they had been working on it, and they were waiting for parts, but would grab the technician to elaborate further. I don't think there are technicians anywhere that know more than the team at Curt's! I'm not kidding! The technican knew some tricks to tune it up without running my pocketbook through the ringer. I could go on for days about their knowledge. You can believe my surprise when I received a call from Curt's saying my car was ready for pick up after a few days when a corvette specialist couldn't figure it out after a month! I love to learn and wish I could do more of the work myself but that's not always the case. The technicians at Curt's can dumb it down even if you're not a gear-head and take the time to explain EVERYTHING in as much or as little detail as you want and answer any questions no matter how silly! Even after my little attitude problem they welcomed me to the Curt's Auto Repair Family :) The prices are competitive, quality repairs and customer service can't be beat! I have already and will continue to recommend Curt's Auto to friends and family and will definitely be returning in the future!

I have a GMC Suburban and it needed to be repaired. I called Curts and spoke to Eric and he was very helpful. I brought it in that morning and it was finished that afternoon. Works great and I had a few other questions for them and they answered them completely. I highly recommend them.

I've been a customer for a year. Curt's has been nothing but amazing. Last visit my van was overheating so I need to take it in. It was over the weekend so they loaned me a van for the weekend for a super low fee. Then they let me know that they found the issue and they pointed out it was under warranty from something they did earlier. Which I still don't remember ever doing, but they were the ones to point it out. And then they did the repair for free. If you're looking for a shop that you can be a repeat customer this in the shop for you.

I've gone to Curt's for all my vehicles, and they've always taken great care of me! All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I've never felt belittled or not taken seriously, and they take the time to explain to me what's wrong and how to move forward. They've never felt pushy, and if I said I wanted to wait to do a repair they were all for it, as long as it was safe to do so. When I last took my car in, the technician came into the lobby to show me an old part, then give me the new one to compare it to. Being able to see the failing part and compare it to what it was supposed to be was pretty cool!

Went for a transmission fluid leak after an ordeal with pep boys. The crew over there let me know that pep boys had installed the wrong cv axel into my car and that's why it was leaking. I trust these guys to do good work. Ethan at the front desk was very a good communicator and let me know of the problems. Price seems good for mechanic hours. Customer seating area was clean.
