Lack of communication and told different stories every time I was able to speak with my representative. She seemed to have missed many days while my car was in the shop. It cost my almost $4k in rental van. I am a paraplegic and need my van with its ramp. When I got it back after 5 weeks in their shop the ramp didn’t work. They finally got it to work and then said they don’t fix the wheelchair components. That’s not what I was promised when I dropped it off.

I can't say enough about Custom Automotive Colors! My daughter recently had her first experience dealing with a car repair after an accident, and she was understandably intimidated by the whole process. From the moment she dropped off her car until she picked it up, the Billy and staff treated her with such care and respect. They took the time to walk her through every step, explaining the process in a way that made her feel comfortable and informed. They even offered transportation for her rental. What really stood out was how they treated her like family. It's clear they truly care about their customers and want to make a stressful situation as smooth as possible. Special shout out to Shanet who went above and beyond with all my questions and her patience throughout the process. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this repair shop if you are looking for white glove service and peace of mind!

Plenty of promises - bad vendors - you will pay for all delays and they will never take accountablity. Big mistake trusting Pete and Jennifer that they will take care of us. Delay and delays - all excuses.

I had a good review for these people because of their customers service but look at how their job is. They charged my insurance $18,000 for a paint job (front and 2 doors) my car looks scratched up and cloudy (literally like clouds are painted in my car) and with circles on my doors, I said only in the doors because they repainted the hood since I told them. they took 2 months to do the job. I should have taken to the dealership.

First off the car looks like it has never been wrecked at all. Audi A4 2017. It took three months but parts coming from Germany were on back order. The car looks fabulous and the employees there were always super nice when I called to check on it. If I ever have another need for a paint and body shop, I will definitely use them. The car was so clean inside and out when picked up. A1 service.

I recently had a small accident in my car and I went straight to the dealership, unfortunately, Bmw does not do any fender bender work, or any type of auto body work. So they referred me to custom colors. I was a little nervous because it wasn’t my dealership. Nevertheless, once I got there, they made me feel comfortable. I thought it was just a simple, scratch, so it would be very easy. Needless to say, I had to get an entire new bumper 🤦🏾‍♀️. Even though it took about 3 1/2 weeks, they did an amazing job on my car. It was definitely worth the wait. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed auto body work done.

The shop was very clean. The personnel was very knowledgeable. Access to the car was made available if needed. Workmanship was impeccable. The manager, Mr. McKnight was so helpful and patient with my overbearing self I actually had to go back and apologize. But I wanted my car to be on point!
