Amazing service. Got me in and done with a walk-in emissions and safety test in thirty minutes with no appointment. The manager at the desk was so polite. Could not recommend this place any more!!!!! 😌

Had to take our car here after it started acting up on a trip to St. Louis. Us being from Springfield the guy there Josh did right by us being out of towners. Didn't end up being the results we wanted but hey at least they didn't try to take us for any more money than they had to!

I took my car here for state inspections. I received a call that it passed emissions but not safety because there was too much movement in the ball joints of both front tires and gave me a price to fix. When asked what kind of symptoms I could expect to experience, they described things I wasn’t experiencing and so I decided to get a second opinion. Upon pickup the story had changed to the ball joints were bad because the boots were torn up from wear and tear and there was a pin missing that would allow the wheel to dislodge from the vehicle if a turn was taken too hard. I felt that to be strange. Upon taking my vehicle to my regular mechanic who doesn’t do state inspections, that mechanic said the ball join indeed needed to be replaced, the pin was indeed missing and that the damage to the boot looked more like a cut than normal wear and tear. The price to replace the joints was half of Custom Complete’s price. They lost my trust and forever lost my business.

I was Quoted a $75.00 price for diagnosis on my car but when I actually had the diagnosis done I was charged $140.00. I would recommend for their quick and efficient service. I was slightly diasappointed because a person word means something to me that’s all.

This place has gone downhill with the new management. I live close by & it used to be slammed with business, but now, there's a fraction that it used to be. I've been by a couple of times & it's a struggle to get anyone to work on your vehicle even for a basic tire plug (10 min job).

Was driving by and saw the sign saying “Need breaks. Stop in if you can”. The sign made me laugh so I stopped in. Josh was amazing and was able to fit me in then and there and fix my breaks. Great atmosphere and great service. Will 100% be coming back with any other problems I have.

FREQUENTED THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR YEARS WHEN ALBERT WAS HERE NEVER HAD ISSUES ALWAYS QUALITY ELITE WORK. THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, DONT DO IT, HERES WHY... WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND THEY ARE TRASH!! CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WENT TO O'REILLYS AND GOT PRINT OUT TOOK THE CAR TO CUSTOM COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE FOR A FULL DIAGNOSTIC TOO SEE WHAT ALL NEEDED TO BE FIXED A LONG WITH THE CODE O'REILLY ALREADY GAVE PRINT OUT FOR. THE PRINT OUT WAS GIVEN TO CHAD BEFORE HE PERFORMED THE DIAGNOSTIC. CHAD CALLS BACK SAYING ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED IS ERG VALVE AND CLEAN OUT QUOTED A LITTLE OVER $1,000. PREVIOUSLY FIRESTONE HAD REPLACED THE ERG VALVE SO I CALLED TO SEE ABOUT WARRANTY AND SUCH. FIRESTONE REPLACED THE ERG VALVE AND CLEANOUT FOR FREE. THEN TOLD ME I NEEDED MOTOR MOUNTS, TRANSMISSION MOUNTS, WINDSHIELD WIPERS FRONT & BACK, 2 DRIVERS TIRES ONE OF WHICH HAD A NAIL IN IT, OIL CHANGE... CHAD I CALLED BACK UP TO FIND OUT WHY HE NEVER MENTIONED ANY OF THIS AFTER PAYING $140 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC, HE STARTED YELLING AND HUNG UP ON ME!! SO I PAID $140 FOR A PRINT OUT I GOT FOR FREE FROM O'REILLY CHAD?? DONT GO HERE HE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY! LET ME GUESS YOULL SAY YOU DONT HAVE RECORD OF SERVICING MY VEHICLE?

Hands down BEST auto shop in Saint Louis! Had an unfortunate incident with a deer on the highway the night before and Chad Wakeman answered the phone and got me in right away. Dave Garrett was exceptional with his service and expertise to ease all my anxiety. He walk through all of his steps with me so I was knowledgeable on how to fix it further down the road. Could not have asked for a better experience with mechanics!!!

I could not get into custom complete and needed my car repaired for a planned vacation. So went somewhere else they fixed about 900.00 dollars worth of something and the check engine light was reset on vacation it broke down and had to have another 900.00 dollars worth of work done. On my way home 2 weeks later my check engine came on again so once at home I took it back to Custom Complete the did a correct diagnostic and found it was the cadilitic converter and did the correct repairs and also found as major service recall on my vehicle. I will never trust my car to anyone else. Custom Complete does the correct work the first time and does it right. This is the 2nd car they have saved for me.

I had a serpentine belt come off my engine. I took it to the big shop down the street, I won't say the name (but they "ROBBS" you). The other shop quoted $1300 to replace belt, tensioner, battery, and water pump. I called Complete, told them the situation and they said to bring it to them because the diagnostic at the other shop usually isn't correct. I paid $75 to the other shop to get it back and towed it to Complete. About an hour later, Complete called me back to tell me the tensioner had seized causing the belt to come off and get ripped up. So, a new belt and tensioner were needed. They had already tested the battery and had it on the charger because the battery was good. And lastly, there was nothing wrong with the water pump. Total cost for the repair was $400. Everything works as it should now. I truly appreciate the honesty and quality of their work.
