They charged $100/day for my car on lot. When I dropped it off, I asked him to call me after he submitted the claim so I could use my car to HEB. Then Friday he said GIVE ME TIL NOON...I called at 1030

I give 5 stars to this company CRC. They did an amazing job working on my Cadillac XTS Platinum car. The owner Hector gave me his word on customer satisfaction and made sure that I was happy with the results..the repairs and the paint job. I recommend this company for any collision repairs or just repairs they are trust worthy and make sure they are true to their word as a gaurantee. I have referred my son and daughter who now have their vehicles at this shop. Thank you to Hector, Julian and Julian's sister you guy's are Wonderful!!!!

I was quoted so many different prices even 20,000 to get this fix at the point I was getting depressed. Came across Jullian and Hector they quoted me a VERY REASONABLE PRICE AND KEPT ME UPDATED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS this shop is really GREAT AND DESERVES MORE THAN 5 stars Thank you guys sooo much GOD BLESS YOUR SHOP !!

A small shop that ain't much to look at but big on service. Took my wife's 2022 Honda Accird Hybrid in to have a dent, several smaller dents, and many chips/scratches fix. Basically make it look new again. WOW! Hector is amazing. Fixed every small dent and blemish, AND detailed the inside. Wonderful craftsmanship. I picked up the car and dropped off truck to have the same thing done. Absolutely recommend Julian and his team.

Glad I found these guys, Hector and Julian were amazing. My car was previously done by someone who I believe has no knowledge of what he’s doing and charged me too much. I was left with a car that so embarrassing to drive given the overall look of the car. Custom Repair fixed it and in reasonable amount of time and decent price. Will recommend.

Mr Hector the owner of the shop is very professional they fixed my cars seatbelts and he also fixed my bumper at no cost!! Very respectful and courteous they do all major body work there and I highly recommend this place!!!!

Hector and Julian are men of their word, they set a date when my vehicle would be ready and it was ready a day earlier. Quality work , great quality prices, I would totally recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. If you want to quality work , this is your to go body shop. They did a great job putting on a spoiler with also adding a wicker bill attachment and putting on louvers for the rear window and side windows for my 2014 Dodge Challenger.

I wanted to thank Hector and his crew at Custom Repair and Collison Center for doing a phenomenal job on my vehicle. I mean these guys were so detail oriented that when I got my car back it was almost like new and it is a 2013. They go the extra mile in making sure that it cost effective and the job is 100% to standards that shows the dedication in the work they do. If you’re looking for a great place to get your repairs call Hector he has your vehicle and you in the best interest. I feel that with so many auto body shops a small business does better because they have to work harder to stay in business not like major companies that will mess up and say bring it back. CRC is not going to release the car until it meets Hector’s and your highest expectations. I tell you because I experienced that myself and I am no longer looking anywhere, but his location and have another two vehicles that need some work and one full restoration.

This company repaired my truck .my trucks hood paint was severely damaged and they did an excellent paint job on it .It looks so beautiful .I was extremely satisfied with the work they did and would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure .Hector is a good guy and has reasonable prices and will work with you. I was so satisfied I even took another one of my vehicles to get the paint repaired on the hood and trunk as well . I also have another vehicle I will take to him as soon as the second one is done. He will be my go to repair guy from now on .The paint job is so beautiful it looks like a brand new hood. Wish I had a before pic to show you . Repainted more than my hood but also did my roof and it was just perfect . His blending technique to the original paint job was also a perfect match. Update. They also repainted my hood and trunk of my Lincoln. This was also an excellent job.wish I had before and after pics of the paint damage before it was repaired. My Lincoln looks brand new again .
