Superb service. I highly recommend this place. Staffs are great and they take pride in satisfying their customers and not lose their integrity. Their price are also very reasonable. Prime example of an exceptional successful local business. Update 2024: 7 years later, nothing has changed. :)

Left the car for an oil change on a Saturday, they said they were going to call me but never did. Went to the chop at 2.45 and it was already closed. I was w/o car for the weekend because of this. Not returning here. I overlooked the clossing time for saturdays but i feel like i should've got a call. Waiting for the manager to contact me to see if he can open so that i get my can. Update: Gm corrected the misunderstanding by meeting me at the shop to give me the car.

I would not recommend this place at all. I went there because a friend referred me, and I took my Chevy Sonic there five times. Each time, they initially quoted $3,000 for repairs but then reduced it to $1,600, saying my catalytic converters needed to be replaced and that I needed a tune-up. They assured me I wouldn't have any more problems once these repairs were done. However, my car seemed to get worse each time I took it back. I kept returning because I didn't want to go somewhere new and incur additional charges for repairs already covered under warranty at this place, which was going to cost me $800. I had already paid them $1,100 for other repairs. According to my receipt, they did an oil change, but I later found out they never put oil in my car—it had been running without oil. Additionally, they returned my keys with all the buttons missing. Eventually, I took my car to another mechanic, who discovered that my catalytic converters were fine. The actual issue was minor and only cost $500 to fix. I am highly upset with this business and will never return. I have all my receipts and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Liars! They charge you more than you’re quoted, my invoice and my credit card statement show two different amounts. There are PLENTY of reputable companies around….THIS AINT IT!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and find someone honest to help you!!!!

This place is horrible. No supervision for the work. Charge me $963.68 for 2 new wheels +break + 1 motor for window door in the front. They did a poor job. I should have went with the Poutous auto repair near Willowbrook that charge the same price. This firestone cypress doesn’t put safety of customer nor care about quality of their work. One side of the wheel both my husband and I smell wheel burn and I feel the heat when stand nearby after driving and it’s december ~60F weather outside. basically they didn't install the new break rotor + pad correctly: this is dangerous. Also the window motor that they just installed was not connected properly to the driver side so I couldn’t control the window door at all. On top of that, the technician spill oil on my car seat and didn’t clean it up. Do not go to this place unless you want to spend more money for them to fix their own mistakes.

I am a loyal customer. The staff members are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, courteous, etc. Prices are extremely reasonable. Everything's always efficient. Your vehicle will be properly repaired and ready when promised. If they run into a problem that will extend the time they'll need your vehicle, you'll receive plenty of notice. Over the years, I've had multiple vehicles repaired here and highly recommend for various repairs.

I had spent about $6000 on a new engine, work was done in a reasonable amount of time, what about a month-and-a-half after I got my car the same problem happened because of a thermostat that he had knowledge of and opted not to tell me about it. And according to him it happened on the previous engine that he didn't tell them either. So in my experience this was not honest work

Just know if you go in for one problem you'll definitely come out with multiple issues. Oh yeah along with their favorite quote "We didn't do that"!!! Car was sitting for a week without being even look at get it back worse. I won't even mention the price smh you do better fixing it yourself. To also be clear there was no other issues until it was brought in to you. Also I had to check regularly on any updates as it Sat for days in the same spot which was not stated it would be past a week. Yet response without the truth but try and offer me a free oil change instead of fixing what you guys messed up.

Had an oil change done on 09-02-2023. Oil cap was not put on my car . To which my is a 2022 Kia Forte. Fluids were not topped off. Went back on 09-05-23, they half cleaned my car

Nice to your face and cheap, however, they don't properly diagnose the problem and you end up having to pay for another repair. "Repaired" my wife's AC, however they didn't fix the leak only refilled the freon. Now the compressor is blown, because we thought the issue was solved. Also this "Firestone" is a franchise and their work isn't covered by other Firestones.

They were great, but I was there for 5 hours! Still couldn't get my air conditioning to work correctly! Needs $1000.00 more work to be done! At least they changed the hoses out!
