Our new Winnebago camper was scraped and damaged by a vehicle trying to park next to it in the Costco parking lot. Looking at reviews for autobody repair, D & D Autoworks and Collision looked like a good option. I took it in and Kirsten and Doug both looked it over and prepared and estimate for me to compare with another shop. The estimates were almost identical, but I chose D & D and glad I did! It looks good as new and the paint job is better than the original. Thank you, Doug and Kirsten!

Took my vehicle in for a small repair at the right rear panel. I paid D&D in advance for the work. 3 months later the work was only partially done. The owner kept making excuses, he could not keep any help, I'll have it done new week etc. Seems he would only work on the vehicles that had to be done so he could collect his money. When I decided to take my car to another shop, Doug hurried to finish his work but did a terrible job. He dented my hood and did nothing about it. He let it go out that way and told me I didn't give him enough time. 3 months not enough time? An experience I would not wish on anyone.

Doug and Keirsten are both wonderful people to do business with!! They treat you like family, and the work they did on my vehicle was impeccable!! My vehicle had been ran into~ and I had to have the the back corner + hatchback of my vehicle repaired. They replaced everything and got all the electrical working just like new. My car looks as if it's never been hit! - I fully recommend them to friends and family! Don't forget to say hi to Harley as well! He's their store cat! - Jules

The service here has always been incredible. Extremely friendly, professional, timely, and just about every other positive adjective I could use. They were able to assist me with my car and went above and beyond in not only helping me restore my vehicle, but make it even better than it was before. They took an unfortunate circumstance that was completely out of my control and truly went above and beyond, elevating my vehicle to a better state than it was in even beforehand. I took my truck here for a minor rear end. They did not replace parts of the bumper that were black plastic. Be wary of EVERYTHING. They will cut every corner. The same happened with a car my mother took in. Luckily she noticed it before picking it up and forced the shop owner to replace the broken plastic pieces covered by insurance.

I had a minor fender bender in St George the afternoon before flying home to TN. Doug gave me an estimate and parked he van on his lot until the insurance company finished approving the repair. After the repair they returned the vehicle to the storage facility. I haven't seen it yet in person, but the photos look perfect, like really better than before the collision. You can't get service like that not even if your mother owned the repair shop. Only in St George... You guys rock Nye Simmons Knoxville, TN

Everyone from the front office (Kirsten) to the owner(Doug) to the crew (Morgan) were diligent about my budget and my Camaro was returned to me with upgraded Chevy bow ties to match my paint. I was sent to another body shop owned by a large dealership but, they went behind my back to turn in an estimate to the insurance company for a total status. They even started to work on my car without any permission to do anything. I called D and D immediately and they took great care of me and my beautiful Camaro!

This shop was by far the BEST to work with! They made this unfortunate experience stress free when it came to getting repairs done and dealing with the insurance adjuster are an accident. They handled it all for me, seriously all I did was drop off the car, file the claim and within a week I got a call saying it was ready to pick up! Took in my deductible payment and picked up the beautifully related car. Not only that but I was ensured they would work with insurance to collect the rending cost of the repairs. I worked specifically with Kirsten and Dave, seriously the BEST experience I’ve had with a repair shop and I have teen drivers so I’ve had a lot of experience. We will 100% take all our business to them and we HIGHLY recommend you do too!!

I live out of town and had to help my elderly mom get her car fixed. Without knowing the area I chose D&D Autoworks & Collision and could not be happier. Mom was happy too. D&D went above and beyond with negotiating with the insurance company, finding a matching aftermarket rim, fixing a few other items that needed repair, and even dropping off the car at my mom's house because both of my parents could not drive at the time and I was out of state. Thank you Kristen and the mechanics that went above and beyond to fix it and find the parts and help out an elderly parent. The repair looks like new and it looks like they even repainted the rims and waxed the rest of the car. A 10 out of 10 for customer service and workmanship! Thank you, Scott.

I came here because reviews were good. Seemed great at first, until I drove away and noticed error screen on my car that wasn’t cleared out. Went back to figure it out and “the boss” eventually told his receptionist to “f-ing” take me to another place to fix it, when they couldn’t clear the error message. (Super unprofessional to say that standing right next to me). I get that he was frustrated, but I didn’t cause the error. I also noticed that when they put my sensor back on my car, they damaged the bumper in the sensor hole, as it wasn’t like that before I took it here. If they weren’t comfortable doing the job, I would have wanted to know that before I committed to this fix. Now I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed again anyway. Very disappointed and frustrated with the way “the boss” treated me.

They went above and beyond when I came in with my car in shambles. Kirsten at the front desk was so accommodating, and constantly gave me updates (as well as did her best to keep costs low as I just graduated and am starting out). Doug fixed over a handful of things to improve the longevity of the car and was extremely thorough. Couldn’t stress enough how much this local business cares about their customers, their experience, and overall safety in driving their vehicles!
