I have nothing but positive things to say about Phi and his team. From the start, Phi talked me through the whole process, was responsive and readily available, and helped me deal with my insurance adjuster. He did everything he could to get my car back to me ASAP and kept me updated throughout the whole service. I’m glad that I now have a trustworthy body shop to take my car to if I ever need it again.

I don't usually post positive reviews unless the establishments or services are above and beyond. For DBA, they easily deserves my 5+ stars rating. My car was rear ended and based on other positive reviews, I went to DBA. It was a very pleasant experience, my car was a new model and parts were not readily available. John at DBA kept me updated along the way and the lady on the phone also helped me with rental. When I picked up the car, John said they stand behind their service 100% and I can bring the car back if I have any issues. Fast forward 5 months later, I brought my car back because the tail gate collected water inside when it rains. It took me 5 months because it didn't rain much. John and his staff immediately diagnosed the issue and realized it was the manufacturing of the tail gate. They fixed it at their own cost even though it wasn't DBA's responsibility. To make it harder for them, I was on vacation and would be back on a long weekend. DBA safe kept my car while I was away and called me making sure I would have my car during the long weekend. Unfortunately, I would be back when they were closed. John arranged to have my key in a lock box, so I could pick the car up even when they are closed. DBA is very thoughtful and customer/service oriented. Highly recommended.

Phi and his team are amazing! They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, hardworking automotive experts who will give you the same level of service as family. They saved me over $300 on a minor repair, and were completely honest in their assessments and transparent about pricing. They don’t sell you things you don’t need, but give you the option to go for the extra mile if you’d like. Will definitely be going back to DB Auto and recommending them to everyone I know.

Amazing service period. My sister drove her 328i into DB Auto Body Shop for a side view mirror repair. My sister already bought a replacement mirror online, but to our surprise it was incompatible with her car. Phi & Brian at DB Auto requested the correct replacement side mirror that also beats the BMW dealership's autobody shop quote. Brian also smelled oil leakage from the car when we drove in, and upon inspection there it was and was quickly addressed. There was also an engine light that was not working due to an issue with a connector within the car. The mechanic Alan is an expert in BMWs and was able to locate the single malfunctioning connector embedded inside the car within an hour and replaced it. Now my sister has a safe vehicle to drive, quick and easy. The lounge has a nostalgic box of $1 chocolate bars that students from elementary school would sell for charity, which was a treat I quickly bought. In fact I bought seven chocolate bars! Overall, a well rounded experience with great prices. Though there is a surcharge if you pay with credit card, so I do advise paying in cash for lower prices. We are definitely coming back for custom window tints in a few weeks!

I just want to thank Phi Vo and the team for helping me solve my insurance situation. I was having a challenging time with my insurance adjuster trying to get this coverage solved for the expenses about the storage fee at this particular shop. My insurance (pronto insurance) was stating left to right and false information and Phi Vo gave me a hand and talked to them about our legal rights which is extremely amazing because I got my insurance situated quickly. I love DB Auto Shop. I have been a customer here for over 4 years now and I must say the customer service here is exceptional. Manuel, Phi, and Ronald are amazing!!! They always know how to take care of their customers well and your car will last a very long time after being serviced. The pricing is reasonable and the turn-around time is very quick so I highly recommend this place!!!

Me and my families been coming here for the longest time when Danny was here he helped me get an engine replaced for $1600 from Japan just 2020 that was for my 2007 Toyota Corolla AlTEZZA after Danny passed away I still come here because this is the only shop I go still help us out with our cars that needs to be done as soon I will be panting the bumper and fender this coming weeks I will be replacing the tires just waiting for the tires arrive at my house also had my battery changed and replaced without questions asked.. 2016 Toyota Camry SE NASCAR.. breaks done couple months ago most reliable and always keep me up dated with my cars we changed soon the transmission fluid need to be change for my Camry as well too.. The cabin fuse box wasn’t the issue to be replace with another fuse box for My 2017 Honda VIP Accord Sport Type-S but that wasn’t the issue so he help me just clean the cabin fuse box instead the door didn’t lock it self quickly anymore only once a while that’s a plus perfect price for us to come back for years I never go to other body shops besides this one Free inspections always let us know what was the problem I even order my own parts and for them to install.. 100% Most recommended Autobody shop to go is here..

Most honest people in the area. A place on the opposite side of Bernal wanted to charge me 200% more for the same work. Here at D B i got a fairer price for the labor and parts, as well as trustworthy diagnostics.

Ok, bought in my 2017 Porsche into DB 2 weeks ago. After speaking with the owner Mr Danny, he gave me few options to get the car done back into the original condition. Let me tell you, I'm shock by the workmanship, impeccable, stunning, 5 star services ! On top of it all, i didnt break my bank unlike the other shops quoted me insane pricing for the job. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends or family to go here. Prior leaving DB auto body shop, i was greeted by danny himself and the painter, he surprise me with small bottle of "touch up paint" will need i say more ? you just can't find honest Autobody shops now days with the exception of DB AUTO BODY. I just want to share my experience here and 5 star customer service to delivery of my car ! Thank you DB auto !
