Please if you care about your vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. All they do is rush on your vehicle and hurry up to get them out start on the next victim's car. I dealt with this company when they were off of Lyons Avenue but when they moved to this location where they are now their services are HORRIBLE. DARIO, the owner who is never there always out picking up parts from the junkyard but tell you they are new parts. Gives you a price to fix your car and when you go back to pick it up 2 days later you are taking it back for the same problem and something else they screwed up. AGAIN, I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THIS THIS PLACE.

Not worth it, honestly I should’ve listen to my own aunt telling me not to go her lol since she had brought her truck several times to get it “fixed”. Got over charged and still the same problem, thanks !

I brought my car in for AC repair. I spoke with the young guy in the office. He told me it will be $25 to get my AC check and if I get any work done the $25 will be added to my total amount left my car With them on a Friday about 8:45 AM they call me about 3:00 PM to let me know that my car wouldn’t start so now they said they have to check and see why my car wasn’t starting on Saturday. They tell me that my car needs a starter they say the starter is gonna be $360 to replace And tell me that my AC needs a wire cable ,They said they’re gonna charge me $80 to replace The cable I picked my car up Saturday evening about 5 o’clock about 20 minutes later. The AC goes out. I couldn’t bring the car back to the shop because it was closed so I had to bring the car back on Monday. , I bring my car back on Monday. The boss man as employees refer to him, leave your car and we will see what else is wrong with it,I told the boss man that I can Bring the car back on Friday I was leaving The boss man was leaving too he had his hat in his hand and a beer in the hat which means he’s drinking on the job I leave my car on Friday about 8:45 AM. I call them about 4:00 PM because I haven’t heard anything No one answers the phone I get to the shop and I asked is My car ready he said no we haven’t even had a chance to look at my car., it Had been there for almost 8 hours. We don’t have any lights we haven’t looked at the car. They were working on cars when I got there about two minutes later The lady inside the office comes , I go in the office and there are lights He told me that there wasn’t lights I explain to the lady what happened and she tells me I only paid $80 to get a wire cable replace it could have been more, I tell her I got the wire cable replace and 20 minutes later the AC goes out so I got something replaced that didn’t need to be , I don’t recommend you spend any of your money at this place of business, I was ignored when I came in, the Boss man wouldn’t acknowledge me because I had a complaint he left me standing outside and he went to the back, I feel like I was taken advantage of and that they didn’t give me the services I paid for, I recommend you read reviews on places like this because that can save you a lot of time and lost money that you can’t get back!!!!!

Went for a oil change brought my own oil which was 5 quarts and my car only use 4 4 1/2 at most they said my car took it all so they stole the remaining of my oil and then I go under the hood and there is oil all over my engine I would not suggest anyone in there right mind to even think about leaving your car with these people

I took my suv yesterday to put wires and spark plugs and they bent my heater holes, the aluminum one and was leaking, but it wasn’t leaking when I brought my truck there talk to the son he said to leave it to see what they can do because it was not leaking when we first brought it there to ask him how much is going to charge them to put the wires and plug-in and also when we dropped it off that morning so get a call 30 minutes before they close from his daddy he said wear tear and said they not responsible for it which they are because the mechanic fingerprints with the oil is on the line where he was pulling it so he tells me he’ll charge me $80 to fix it then turned around and switch it from $80-$50 and told me to pick it up this morning at 11 o’clock get there to pick up my truck he put a rubble piece of coupling and Two clips on it And is still leaking. Manager said to put it on the review but I’m going to Silver Court and file against them. He don’t wanna talk. All he wanna do is run in his room the office and shut the call the police the police came and said that it’s nothing she can do all I could do is, you have to go to court and file and give him a bad review Never again take my truck to that shop anymore. Should’ve followed my mind not to take it in the first place but listen to my husband it’s a good mechanic. going to call better Business on them also.

Went there to get an alignment, they said a rod was broken, replaced it and when I went to pay with Apple Pay which THEY DO NOT HAVE! Couldn’t find my debit card and asked for them to punch it in manually then was told they can’t do that because of charge back issues! My battery was removed and when I confronted them I was told that they did not touch the battery all I went for was an ALIGNMENT! They denied touching my batter I am positive they touched my battery because my radio requested a code. Fine went got cash and paid now here I am a few days later and at the dealership because MY BATTERY IS BAD! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ROB YOUR BATTERY AND DENY IT!

Mala mi familia y yo hemos llevado varios vehículos por una rotura. Han cobrado bien carro y sigue con el mismo problema . han dado garantía. Y cuando tú vas te dicen que eso no estás en la garantía o ya se venció cuando te dicen que la garantía de la pieza es de un año llevas un vehículo por una cosa y sale con otra no se lo. Recomiendo

I never had a problem with this company!! Amazing!! I never had a shop where you can drop your car off with no pay!!! Leave it there until the work is complete. I've had a few cars worked on and I have plans on bringing another. Keep it up, fellas!! Also nice lady rep with wonderful service as well

Do not bring your car to this place they will take your money and do not fix the issue they use nothing but used parts and charge you a large amount of money And my car still don’t work I will never go back to this place the worst mistake I ever made !!!! I dropped off my car on Thursday morning and picked it up on Friday my car needed a jump for what reason I don't know drove home and staturday it wouldn't start raised the hood and noticed that my battery was replaced with another one took back to ask questions now they are playing stupid they put a motorcycle battery in my car now i have to go buy a new battery police report have been done

I had a new AC put the very next day I heard something tapping inside the hood of my car they broke my s belt did replace sent me on my way. While at the shop a customer returned 15 minutes later said the vehicle was over heating having the shop fixing the same day ….. I thing the figuring out as they go

My family and I were having issues with front end shaking. We went in and was told the right front control arm, idler arm, and pitman arm required replacement including an alignment. These were all facts and we authorized for the work to be completed. I understand warranties for such jobs usually 30 to 90 days. The shaking came back after the warranty expired and we went in to get trouble shoot the problem. I went to the garage to observe and did speak to Dario, the shop foreman/manager. He stated bolts needed tightening on the right front upper control arm, worn tire, and needs alignment. Loose control arms will cause tires to wear and need alignment. I had to pay for all that due to the recent repair of the right front upper control arm bolts improper tightening to get loose. I feel this was not fair and not a way to conduct business. It is scary to drive family in a vehicle that we trust the shop will do proper work and take care of their customers as we trust these types of shop. My heart is sadden and this needs to be addressed and not ignored. everybody please be safe

We have 2 vehicles within our family which means we do 2 times automotive repairs and maintenance. The 2002 Dodge 1500 had a lower radiator hose that gave out and caused the original engine to overheat and required replacement (Internal Cracked Heads). We paid a down payment of $1,500 for a used non-warranty engine to be installed. On January 13, 2021 the Dodge was paid in full and picked up and we paid a total of $2,650 for the used motor, power steering pump with heater hose replace also. After a couple of weeks my husband noticed oil leaking from the passenger side motor and made it aware to Dario and the front desk lady of the situation. They stated that there is "NO WARRANTY" although it has only been 2 weeks. Well we decided not to take the vehicle in and keep oil level until my husband can assess the reason then repair himself. Photos were taken to document the finding and revealed that the shop installed a motor with a damaged "VALVE COVER". This is the second time this shop took advantage of our business and we are not pleased with this shop consistent pattern of not fixing repairs properly. photos are attached. THIS IS TO MAKE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION. NOT ALL SHOPS ARE MISLEADING VCEHICLE OWNERS. BE CAREFUL AS TO NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. Our sincere worries for the public and surrounding communities.
