My car is always done quickly! They almost always know what it is before they even check it just from me explaining what's happening. I never have to worry that it'll be done cheaply or wrongly. I've never had to return it after they've fixed whatever it may have been. I've now been taking my cars here for mechanical needs for about 10 years! After getting burned by other mechanics, I won't go anywhere else.
