Got a flat on I90 and i390 called them to come and fix it, but before I agreed, I asked for a rough estimate. Guy starts blabbing 2 hours to replace a tire x $175, $175 road call, 90 miles travel fee x $2.5/mile, tolls, and some kind of permit, whaaat? I mean, if you still get them to do a road call on you, the joke is on you.

I called this guys for an issue with leaking loosing oil from the oil filter on my truck. They send out mechanic came out was not aware where the oil fill tube is nor the oil filter. All the mechanic said is you need to go to the dealer without trying to see where its leaking from. On top of this they over charge me on oil and labor I had to waste my time speaking to the boss is wife arguing about the price being wrong then what I was told. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU ASK EVERY DETAIL ABOUT THEIR PRICE. BUT ALL YOU WILL GET IS A MECHANIC WHO HAS NO IDEA ABOUT ANYTHING. I WOULD AVOID AT ANY COST FOR FUTURE USE.

I had an unexpected breakdown with my trailer. They got me in their shop right away and replaced a drum, brakes and air bag, and had me back on the road within a few hours. They informed me of the cost up front so there were no surprises. As an independent owner operator, I really appreciate places like D&S that don't rip you off and give you the runaround like the big shops do. Support the little guys like D&S !

Stay away if you can especially if you own an 18 wheeler. They will 100 percent lie to you to the amount of hours. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR HOURS AND LOCK THEM IN BEFORE THEY START WORKING OR YOU WILL GET ROBBED !

I tried several places to get an inspection for my used RV that I had recently bought, they were all booking approximately one month out. But, D & S offered to get me in the same day. I wasn't able to do that day, but was able to schedule a few days later. Everyone was very friendly, and they performed the inspection right after I arrived.

Kid putting the food together had his make down under his chin. Then wiped his nose with his glove. Continued to make food. When I said something the managers response was would you like a refund? What a disgusting place. Won't buy food from here again.

This is a company you want to avoid, they charged a service call fee and fuel surcharge fee and wet brought the truck to them and put in front of the garage door for them. D&S never left to go get parts or make a service call for anything. They padded the bill. This business is a RIP off. Because we are truck drivers D&S believe they can charge anything they want. The job they had to do was replace 3 hinges on trailer door. We brought the trailer to them with doors on and closed and aligned. 45 mins. work 3 hinges Padding bill ( service call and fuel surcharge fees) Total 261.00 AVOID THIS COMPANY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
