Took my vehicle for a diagnosis of my vibration that 5 other auto shops could not tell me what was wrong. These guys figured it out quick! They gave me a vary fair price and i proceeded with the necessary repairs. Just got my vehicle back and it is PERFECT! They went above and beyond to get this completed for ne quickly to provide my wife and newborn her vehicle back. I WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I CARE FOR. I recently had my 2023 Bronco serviced at Dallas Brake and Alignment and was thoroughly impressed. I called them about getting an alignment done at around 10 am, and they told me to bring it in right away. Despite already having trucks in the shop, they finished my alignment and wheel rotation within a couple of hours. The total cost was $160, which is reasonable considering other places quoted me between $125 and $175 just for the alignment. The staff were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I appreciated that they weren’t pushy. The facility itself was clean and professional, not resembling a dive bar at all. All the employees wore the same uniform-type shirts, and the front office was tidy and well-stocked with drinks. I’d definitely use their services again.

Been living in Dallas for almost a year now and I have been looking for a good automotive shop then I came across Dallas Brake & Alignment. This crew is great, took my girlfriends Toyota Yaris in for an Alignment and got it back the next day. Customer service was top notch! I will definitely be a returning customer & recommend this shop!

Very professional, my dad stopped in just to find a trustworthy mechanic in his area (with no automotive issues, that’s my dad) and found out they had been in this building since the 60’s and went above and beyond for service and dependability. My truck is there now and it’s refreshing to feel like I’m getting an honest answer in a business that sometimes seems built upon deception and misinformation. Thanks dallas brake.

Updated review: Feb 2024 I’ve come here one time in 2023 (ish) since my last review in 2020. At that time, DBA helped me fix my belt - even adjusting cost for me since they felt it was more important that the issue get fixed asap rather than me waiting on funds to fix. I had to visit again in 2024 when my EPS light came on and they were very responsive to all the questions me and my boyfriend had- even when it turned out there was a dealership recall for the light- they were so kind and courteous, not charging me for the diag they had quoted me for. (which had already been 50% cheaper than other places!) Alex was really great and while I don’t want to have car issues again, if it means that I get to work with this team - that makes me feel much better. Was told by my normal car servicing shop that I needed new brake pads and rotors. They quoted me around 497$ and just to be sure I asked around and when I called DBA after seeing the amazing reviews- they gave me a quote on the phone for $380. No brainer where I was going to go!! I went in as soon as they opened on a Friday morning and said they would take a look and give me a call before starting any work. Luckily, I was walking distance from where I needed to be but they did ask if I needed to go somewhere. (From the looks of the reviews, they would have probably given me a ride to wherever I needed to go!) they called me at 9:30 to tell me exactly what I would need and how much it would cost. It matched the quote and so I asked them to go ahead and replace everything. The repair was slated to be done by lunchtime but I got a call around 10:50 letting me know everything was good to go. I am very pleased with this place and since they do just about everything when it comes to auto service and repair, I’ll probably be coming here for oil changes and tire rotations.

We’ve been going to Dallas Break and Alignment for years! Great staff and very fair services pricing. My mom’s dealership offered her $300 in scrap for her mini cooper or provided her an estimate $7,200 in necessary repair's. Caleb and his team had her car running that very same day at a fraction of the cost. It’s alway refreshing to find honest and fair help. Great shop for any number of things. I alway recommend them when I can.

Before I bought a used truck, they looked it over for free. They quickly spotted a leak and I was able to negotiate a free warranty with the truck thanks to these guys! I bought the truck and took it right back to them for the repair. They did a great job with the repair and were very responsive throughout the whole process.

I almost don’t know how to react to actual customer service. Their work is outstanding and timelines are communicated and adhered to. This is my first visit here and not my last. My car is not common so addressing issues is problematic.

I had a great experience with the shop and will continue to use them as well as recommend them to others. I had a pothole blow a tire and they replaced it the next day, and when I brought a second vehicle in for tires they priced them out fairly and game multiple options. Not once was anyone pushy or upselling which was nice. Sadly, like everything else, the “production” cost have gone up, so just keep that in mind. I cross-referenced their price w/ Amazon and discount tire.. and the shop here had the best price. Good team, I’ll be back.

I operate a firewood delivery service and started using these guys this Summer (2023). First I took in my heavy hauler a 1999 f 450 to have a sticky brake caliper and parking brake fixed. They went the extra mile and inspected the whole system and found a few other major issues that needed to be addressed, matter of life or death in our work and managed to warranty of the parts even though it was my first time using them. Saved me some money and headed off a possibly dangerous situation. I returned a few weeks ago for our main delivery vehicle and was very happy with the timeliness and quality of work. Great value. Nice people to work with. Plan to keep coming back. I don't make recommendations lightly.

Best spot in Dallas for pretty much any auto repair. The positive reviews below are 100% accurate. I’ve been coming here for ten years and the service and crew is excellent. Many of the same faces and the owner Caleb really treats their customers well. I trust their opinion and work entirely. I plan to bring my vehicle here as long as I live in the area.

I use DBA for both my work vehicles and my own personal vehicles. Caleb and Alex bring the trust and confidence lacking in so many other establishments. Don't let the brake and alignment fool you. These guys can do it all. I recently decided to do some modifications to my suspension (lift kit) and new tires on my Toyota. Caleb and Alex gave me good information on what brand of lifts were best for my truck and said they could take care of the install once I decided. I had everything shipped to the shop and they took care of the rest. My truck not only rides better, but looks great with the modifications. Down to earth group of people and they most definitely understand the meaning of customer service. Keep up the good work. Give these guys a call...You will not be sorry.

Need brakes and alignment done. Had a qoute from a other place wanted to add other stuff for $3,100 city garage in grand prairie. Took to Dallas brake and alignment fix the problem for less $500. Drove it back the shaking and alignment was fix. Im always satisfied with thier service and work.

They charged $110 to read a diagnostic code and then inform me it didn't tell them anything. Next shop immediately found purge valve problem.
