Thank you for replacing the brakes on my 2017 Rav4. I still think of my vehicle as new (lol) but I kept thinking I heard a small noise occasionally when I applied the brake. I remembered that you provide free brake inspections, so I had you take a look at them! I am so thankful that I did, as they were down to 30%.! I had my vehicle fixed and ready to drive again in a very speedy time frame. Thank you so much!

The owners of this company are amazing. I can not thank them enough, I was traveling through town and broke down, after countless shops turned me away due to being fully booked, these guys took it upon themselves to stay after hours working on my vehicle in order to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. They offered me rides to my hotel and kept me updated throughout the process meanwhile keeping the price of the repair affordable. This is hands down the most sincere and amazing shop I've ever experienced in my life. Thank you so much.10/10 would recommend.

This place is amazing. They went above and beyond to help.My son get his car up and running again. They Offered him a ride, Stayed late, Took his car when they were booked, And ordered his parts and made sure they were there the next morning. They got him back on the road and and back to his family! I cannot thank them enough.

Best in town and very affordable! They do really good about communicating and they get your vehicle fixed in no time. Other places they hold your vehicle for days and days to get fixing but at Daltons, super fast and you get your vehicle on the road in no time. 💯 recommend!!

5 Stars, A+, 100% all of the above. We were making a cross country trip and had a vehicle issue at 5pm on a Saturday. Not only did they take the call, but they took a look at the car to order parts to be there on Monday. They saved us at least a day of time and could not have been nicer. Fantastic experience and this would absolutely be my go-to service shop if we lived in the area!

Dalton’s Garage is the best!! I was a single female driving across the country when my car started making funky noises. I called about 4 mechanics in Gillette and they all said “sorry, we are booked for the next week.” I called Dalton’s Garage and when I explained my situation they said they were booked as well but they would fit me in because of my situation. They told me to bring my car over and they would look at it. It ended up being a very intensive fix and they completed it in 2 days. It was amazing! And not only are they fantastic mechanics but they are wonderful people. Dalton and Tim are very nice and friendly. They walked me through and explained everything that was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it and how they fixed it. The explained each step in their process and even found a couple other things that weren’t urgent but something to be aware of. They also made sure I had a hotel for the night and dropped me off at it. In addition, after I got my car back and continued on with my road trip, they called a couple times to check in with me and made sure the car was still running well and gave me some pointers on things I had questions about. I can’t say enough good things about this place!! If you are local to Gillette or passing through like me and are looking for good honest mechanics, this is the place. Thank you Dalton and Tim for everything you helped me with. I appreciate it more than words can say!
