Over charge for poor service

I took my truck to diagnose low power low boost problem to this shop and was told one day later, the truck driver ready to be pick up. The truck when back into service the next day only to find out after picking up my first load the low power and low boost problem was not fixed. The shop refused to check their work and told me to take them to court.
