Our Sprinter went into limp- in mode. Dan’s Automotive was recommended by another repair shop. Dan’s owner, short-handed, “too busy” came out to clear the codes for us anyway. Figured out the problem -simple tightening of a clamp, easily fixed and we were on our way within 10 minutes. Honest, knowledgeable, wonderful service.

I needed to find someone I could trust to work on my Cayenne, as the dealership has become ridiculous, with how far out they can get you in and the cost. I can say without a doubt Dan’s Automotive is the place! They were able to quickly identify the issue and had it fixed within the same day! Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price, what more could you ask for? I will be coming here for all my Porsche needs in the future. Thank you!

A friend referred me to Dan's as I have a Mini Cooper like her. Up until this point I had always been a Chain Car Place ie.. Firestone. I had a great educating experience here and prefer now to go to a lace that knows my type of car and specializes in it. Great customer service, communication with fair prices. Thank You Keith

Dude always just seemed rude when I ask him about a Saab. You can't just pay him to look at something just cus they don't make parts. Easy money he doesn't want. Walking out he said in a negative your. He said bye like good luck with that. Thanks for taking to me homeboy Dan . Yeah that's cool I'll go somewhere else 😎

0 stars. Took my sprinter van here for an oil change, slow coolant leak, and to investigate a hum in the driveline. Got quoted close to $3k, accepted the work as I needed it done asap. Come to pick up the van and within 10 seconds I can tell that they did not fix the humming noise, which was diagnosed as a bad wheel bearing. Not even close to reducing the noise, it was absolutely misdiagnosed and misrepaired anyway. They denied all responsibility in the unnecessary repair. Also, they did not align my van after replacing the knuckle, and did not mention it to me. After asking why they didnt align it Dan told me it cost them too much time and money to align it themselves. Took it to another shop and they told me the alignment was so bad my tires would have gone bald in <1k miles, another couple hundred $ spent. Next, within 50 miles of my drive home my low coolant light comes on. It was leaking more coolant than it was when I first came in. What a joke. Took it back to their shop as they told me they would "take care of it". Next day they quote me nearly $400 to replace the auxiliary coolant pump, as now that was the source of the leaking. I needed it done asap so I accept. I take a look at the repair and they taped the pump on with electrical tape because they broke the bracket that supports it. Didn't even think to mention this to me. I look at the coolant level and its filled to the brim, way above the max. How am I supposed to know if its still leaking if its boiling over the reservoir? Also shows they didnt even heat cycle the engine after doing their repairs. Worst mechanics alive. Should have been more careful and taken a look at these issues myself, or taken my van to any other shop. Dan's diagnosed a new wheel bearing and new radiator that I'm not convinced was necessary at all. Turned out to be a $3k+ bill to get an oil change and fix a $80 leaking pump. Absolute scam artists. Never coming here again, telling everyone I know to strongly avoid.

Fair and honest, upon diagnosing what was required to bring my Mercedes up to standard they were on it, and in a matter of days the SUV felt like it was new ! My car is a lemon and Dan's did everything possible with in their power to resolve my issue. They worked on my vehicle more than they should of trying to find the issue. Even when I found out my car must go to the dealership due to the CPU which only the dealership can do, Dan's still made it right with me. A+ customer service.

My first time having my van worked on at this shop and will be my last. I Had my Mercedes Sprinter van serviced. Fuel filter replaced and cabin Air filter. I travel back and forth from Albuquerque to CA. When I went to put fill the DEF under the hood, I noticed the air filter was not replaced. When I got to California, my Sprinter was leaking fuel where the fuel filter is. Now I have to deal with this leak! Update: Repairs made. Damaged fuel line due to poor installment of fuel filter. Also had to rig the fuel filter top with a zip tie due to it being damaged during installment. I was charged for Cabin filter, oil change (oil filter) and fuel filter. Total $626.03. Dishonest and poor workmanship. I got charged for Cabin filter that was never replaced and damaged fuel line! I will be filing a complaint with NM Office of Attorney General. As you can see from the comments, they did not replaced the cabin filter but my invoice clearly states I did. With response I received it was very unprofessional.

We were traveling and noticed a loose plastic cover under the car. I called and Keith answered. Moments later All was repaired and he even pointed out some issues we didn’t see before. Very transparent and fair. Got the piece fixed better than the manufacturer. They are out here serving up blessings! If your traveling and need a quick repair, don’t doubt, just call them.

I now live this place. After another mechanic had my vehicle for 3 months "trying" to get it going. Dans staff took ownership of the issue and repaired the problem and previous damage. I am so grateful to Garrett and staff for their integrity, skill and attitude. I highly recommend them.

The guys at Dan's took the time to help me when I made a trip into town, and our car kept dying. He kept it. Drove it. Read the codes. It was fine. So while I was unlucky one day, they helped us, and didn't even charge for the time my car was there. Best experience at an auto shop I've ever had. Will be going back.

Let me preface this by saying I absolutely hate mechanics and have always felt lied to or taken advantage of. From the first call to pick up of the car, the owner, and staff at Dan's has been phenomenal. I called to get general information on maintenance repairs for my BMW. The service was impeccable from the first call. I detailed what I needed completed. The gentleman said he would send me an estimate in a few hours, and he did. He even followed up to make sure I received and if I had any questions. I scheduled the following week. Dropped the vehicle off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. They uncovered additional repairs needed and coordinated the ordering of parts and follow up for the next day. They even offered me ride to work. I highly recommend and feel grateful to have this mechanic I can call on. Service is everything!

They refused to service my vehicle after repeated inquiries, I dropped by the shop and was told that they don't deal with people like me. I have plenty of money but that was their response. Make sure to dress appropriately and not be covered in grease if you go to these guys.

Took the BMW in for repairs to engine so it would pass emissions, replace the passenger side mirror and fix the passenger side window which had fallen off the track and into the door. Garrett was outstanding in communicating what needed to be done and what it would cost. He completed the repairs in a timely manner and within budget. The car passed emissions on the first test and the power window works like new. Extremely impressed with quality of work and customer service. Highly recommend this shop.
