If i could give this less stars i would. I’ve been trying to get his services for two days now. He told me a time and didn’t honor it. He said he would come out the next day and said i was locked in because there were no other appointments. At the scheduled time he did not reply. Then, 3 hours later i check in with him and he said he would have to charge me because he wasn’t in the area. Very unprofessional.

Robert is not very dependable. Took our money for a part, did not return on the day promised . And will not answer our calls. If we do not receive resolution by the end of today, we will be filing a police report for theft.

Robert is unethical and not a mechanic. took my $100 and said the car would be fixed & the car wasn’t fixed & doesn’t start. im out of a car & $100 ive called within multiple days & left messages just to be left on read & for him to not pick up. i’d leave zero stars if i could

Called late, didn’t matter, Rob still showed up quick and got the job done without a problem, also very friendly and showed he really cared about making sure my car was actually ready and good to go.. would recommend

I was told autozone sold me a bad part and they would need me to keep my car unlocked and they keys and receipt in the car so they could come back in the morning (they came last night, which was great) to get a better part and install it. They told me it was another $150 for that, understood. They never reached back out to me to let me know anything. I really wish I didn’t waste $150 for my car to still not be drivable. Its cool they are 24 hours, but wish they kept their word on correcting my issue. (Starter needs to be changed). Thank you though for the heads up about Auto Zone.
