Dropped my car off last Thursday to have a crank no start issue looked at. They got in my car turned the key and said it doesn’t start needs a new engine. They also said it’s leaking oil however it’s been sitting there in the same spot for almost a week and no oil on the ground..funny right. It also sat it my driveway for more than a week and no oil…they filled it with 5 more quarts of oil so it has 10 quarts in it when it only requires 5… tried to sell me an engine because “car has to many miles to service” absolutely incompetent mechanics. Told me the diagnostic fee would be waived and when I arrived they still charged me and also added “miscellaneous” fees. Horrible business practice. I wish them the best of luck.

Arrived on time for my appointment, waited an hour, then left. They never told me that they were backed up. Luckily, I heard them tell another customer when he asked for his keys and left after waiting 3 hours. Good place if you are really fond of waiting rooms.

Friendly customer service but extremely disorganized. Staff is confused on service status, miss appointments, and often provide conflicting information. Wish I had the confidence to come back as the staff is respectful and tries to be helpful, but the reality is the management of this place is absolutely dreadful. Surprised they've let It carry on this long.

I am currently sitting in the waiting area and have been since 12:55. My appointment was for 1 PM. It is now 2:55 PM. A person across from me was told to call into work to let them know she would be late. She was here before me, and her car was just now being serviced. I will not be coming back to this location to have my car serviced. I only know they are double booked because I heard people talking at the front desk. No one has come to me, to apologize for the delay or to tell me how much more time I will have to wait. When I did ask the only thing I was told was that the car is being serviced now. Update I am still here after and asked to speak with a manager twice. It is after 4 PM.

I first with Melinda the manger She’s amazing vehr attentive excellent customer service; She took care of me; She took time to listen to questions and answer them, and concise diligent manner; She got a car to drive me to the diner while my car is being serviced and my car was serviced really fast like less than an hour just the way it felt it was great service and I also met Miss Jessica . she was amazing as well very helpful. I had certain questions and she was able to help me with that and Xavier was the one who drove me back-and-forth. He was very respectful, polite and got me safe back and forth. If anybody wants to come to this Dott Toyota center, I think that they will be treated with the upmost high-class quality service very professional people. I think this is the one that you need to pick their very. Awesome ; I suggested dark as Toyota gives these three employees the best bonus raise and a day off they deserve it they worked hard for it!!!! Respectfully, yours as satisfies customer Evelyn. :).

I came in because the gas mileage on my Corolla 2020 was severly depleted and was having some issues accelerating. I went in on the first appointment on a Thursday and was told that it was "too late" to do the kind of work I requested (a diagnostic)... it was 4pm. On the next appointment I rescheduled, no diagnostic or anything was run, the guy just told me I needed to clean out the fuel system and as a college student with no knowledge in cars, i said yes. When I went to pick up the car, he told me there was an issue with the battery after an inspection was done.. The problem was literally the faulty battery. They made me spend $275 on a fuel system clean that wasn't even warranted. As a COLLEGE student, this is a lot especially when the actual problem could've been addressed had they actually done their job and done the diagnostic/inspection like I originally requested instead of just glancing and assuming the problem. Now instead of just buying a new battery, I had to spend over $400.

Made an appointment here for a tire rotation (not even an oil change) and proceeded to sit and wait almost 2 hours. Since I had received no updates, I approached an associate and was told they hadn't even started. If they knew they were hours behind from the moment I walked in the door, they could have at least told me instead of wasting my time. I left without even receiving my service and you can bet when I reschedule, it will certainly not be at this dealership.

When we began coming to Darcars our experience was fine but it has gotten progressively worse in the past year and a half we’ve been using it’s service. We were put in danger because a technician didn’t fully tighten the wheels after the tire rotation and my husband almost got into a horrible accident. The wait times are ridiculously long, with little transparency as to what’s going on with your vehicle.. whenever we come in there is always an enormous line of other people also not being dealt with in a timely manner. Unfortunately we will no longer be servicing with Darcars Toyota of Baltimore.

Worst place ever!!! Stay away from this place, they gave an appointment for a oil change , they said it would take one hour. After 3 hours, they did not even start. I wanted to give a ZERO star but is not possible. Very unprofessional.
