I came in (2016 VW Golf R) with an issue that would have required 200 bucks for a diagnostic at the dealership. I was quoted 175 + parts (probably an additonal 100-200) at DART but ended up paying only 50 after it was discovered the problem wasn't what we thought it was. I'm just happy with how transparent DART was, it could have been easy to nickle and dime me but the honest approach they took with me makes me feel like I'll be coming here from now on for my maintenance

Horrible experience. Took my vehicle to have them diagnose it & they basically forced me into buying a new battery for $350 (“so they can further diagnose”) after the initial $175 diagnostic fee. I paid around $600 for them to tell me my vehicle was going to be $6,000 to fix. Shiesty mechanics & they tried to get any little money they could out of the situation.

I took my Audi Q5 into Dart Auto due to a valve gasket leak. The work they did was amazing and I would definitely recommend anybody with an Audi to this shop. Previously, I had a terrible experience at another and was hesitant at first, but Andrew made everything so reassuring. He was very thruough in his explinations and even took the time to show me and explain the process for the diagnostic. 10/10!

We took both our A3 and A6 to Dart. Both are higher mileage and we were unsure on the maintenance that was scheduled. They searched through CarFax history and filled us in on what was needed and what was recommended. The A6 had a transmission issue that they fixed and they were clear and honest that if it didn’t work a new transmission probably wasn’t a good financial system. Both cars are running better than when we bought them. Thanks to Andrew and Dan.

Pay for a gold certified Porsche technician to do 12k of work here, and they'll gladly charge you to do it over again in 10 months. Hard to feel good about using this company. 12k paid by the previous owner to replace suspension components 10 months ago. Fast forward less than a year and one of the struts and the compressor now need to be replaced again. Charged a $500 diagnostic fee for “2 hrs of labor” to plug in a scanner for 10 minutes, check a fuse that takes 5 minutes to inspect, and figure out the compressor was burnt out. Somehow missed the visibly blown strut (Took 5 minutes for me to locate it even without my “Porsche certification”) and asked for $4100 to get started on the compressor. Changed the compressor myself. It took less than 2 hours which comes out to $1800 per hour assuming they use the same inferior quality part as last time. Prices here are worse than the stealership for very basic automotive work that doesn’t even last 10 months. Additionally, they used downgraded aftermarket air struts (Arnott - versus OEM components) last time that caused the PASM feature to be deleted. Not what you’d expect at these rates or from a “Gold certified” level of work. Pros: Excellent customer service. Cons: You will be paying 10x more for anything recommended.

Very well, great customer service and honest. Prices where a bit higher then other places. We did get a check engine light on the day after picking up the car which was weird because we never had that issue prior to bring it in.

It was nice to have some one who is knowledgeable on my car. I was happy with the service and what they were able to repair for us at this time. I have not had option to actually drive the car (winter/snow) but look forward to driving it soon and seeing how well it runs.

My vehicle is Porsche. When I was looking to change shops, what initially attracted me to DART auto was their advertisement in the local Porsche Club (PCA) Region magazine. After going to their website and reading some of the customer testimonials, I decided to give them a telephone call. During the call, I talked to Andrew, the Service Advisor/Manager, and learned that Dart Auto employs Porsche trained technicians. During my initial visit, in addition to Andrew, I met and chatted with the owner, Dave. When I picked up my vehicle, I also met the technician, Jesus. My assessment: My experience With Dart Auto, admittedly Is limited. Having said that, I can honestly say that in my 50 years of owning Porsches and having them serviced, Dart Auto is at the top of the list in terms of service quality and diagnostic ability. What about cost? They are NOT inexpensive, but they are reasonable. Dart Auto uses factory parts and provide a 36 month/36,000 mile warranty. I have found my new shop!!

I have a BMW 545i. The car was kicking about 15 codes and would throw me into that save mode where it kicks you into third gear and you can’t really drive it over 50 mph. I thought I would just sell it for a thousand bucks and let someone else deal with it. But I love the car. A friend suggested Dart Auto, so I had it towed in. They said it was the alternator. Wow! How honest!!! These guys could have took me to the cleaners but they were so honest! The problem with the alternator was that the engine was leaking oil into it. I knew about oil leaks because my garage floor. The engine stunk like oil! So I decided to have them fix the problem. The work was precision!! I’m mean perfect! My car is new again! It’s never run better. It’s a thrill to drive it. I actually trust the car for the first time since I’ve owned it. I’m taking road trips again. THANK YOU DART AUTO!!! You are the BEST!!

DART Auto helped me deal with a cooling system issue I ran into while in the mountains on vacation. DART was responsive to my texts, guided me through getting it checked locally, and upon returning home squeezed me into their schedule to find a couple of small leaks in the radiator and connecting hoses. Great communication during the entire ordeal and got a few other repairs done as well. My 2012 BMW X3 has never run better since being cared for by DART Auto. Thanks!!
