Called Dave’s Auto Repair on a holiday. They are the only shop who answered and took my car in. I am reliant on my car for work and children like everyone else. They kept me in the loop the whole time and had my car done within two days. If I could give them a thousand stars I would. Thank you so much!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Ricardo is the nicest, hardest working, and most caring professional mechanic I have ever met. His techs are great, too! He helped fix my 1995 Ford Mustang GT in so many ways. Other so-called good mechanics failed to solve problems that affect the safety of the car, driver, and passengers. Their rates are reasonable. They installed new headlights, a newer driver seatbelt, a gas tank filler gasket, and checked all the fluids, too. Their time to do the repairs were ahead of schedule. And I am 100% satisfied with their work and effort to get the job done right. This is the only mechanic in Las Vegas I will go to from now on.

I drive for Uber and Lyft and I am coming to this place since an year now and always leave with good experience. Today I had to do oil change and when I was on my way home there was a mechanical issue which I had to stop and I called and told them that I have problem and they told me to park in a safe spot and they will come which they did in 10 mins. They fix the problem and did not charge me for it which was shocked and refuse to take money. I really appreciate the business and customer service they provide. Very professional and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Again I can’t write enough I strongly recommend this place for anyone who really want good result with reasonable price. Thank you

I wish I could give 10 stars for Dave’s. I went there after reading other reviews. So happy I did. Armando is so kind, so accommodating, so genuinely honest. He helped me to understand the whole exhaust system which caused the check engine lite to come on and therefore preventing my smog check to pass. I truly appreciate an honest repair shop. He repaired my system, it passed smog and I was able yo re-register vehicle. What a great relief and now I’m stress free. Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else but Dave’s on Pecos near Patrick.

A very honest man and mechanic. He is willing to help to find parts that will save his clients money. I like the fact that he gives fair warning as to what repairs might be needed in the future. I believe that his shop is family owned and that is important to me in order to help keep local businesses thrive. Your car will always run great under his care.

As a female I'm always super hesitant with garages and do extensive research to avoid the places that try to take advantage of people based on their gender. This was hands down THE BEST experience I've ever had with a garage. Armando called me after a basic under the hood/engine inspection with his findings, explained everything in detail, what could wait that didn't need immediate attention today, and got the things done I chose to go forward with. He was so incredibly personable and genuine. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else, I'm so happy I found this place!

Dropped my vehicle off no problem. It was towards the end of the day, so I knew it wouldn't be done til the following day. Waiting to call to check the status of my car, because I didn't want to be a bother, but hadn't heard from them and it was getting late. Finally called and heard that he thinks my car is done and will call me back in about 15 minutes. About an hour and a half passes and didn't hear back. 2 hours later I got a call saying it's ready. When picking it up, it took about 15 min. But the job was done. 4 stars for no call to get my vehicle when it was done

I brought the wrong OEM fluid, Armando caught my mistake and got the right fluid. This is a top notch mechanic. I've finally found a place I feel confident dropping my car off at. Prices were super reasonable and the techs know what they're doing. I will definitely be a returning customer after my first experience at Dave's. And they have a great selection of free books for adults and kids in the waiting room which took the edge of waiting for a quick oil change

My A/C in my Jeep wasn't working so I brought it in right before the heat kicked up this month. They fixed it the same day for a very reasonable price and the A/C has been working great since. This was my first time taking a vehicle here but I'll definitely return for any future repairs.

This is the best auto shop EVER. Armando, the owner, is not only smart about cars, he's smart about business. He knows customers don't return to or recommend gougers. He is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. You simply cannot ask for more than that! Today, a rare and precious find, indeed. :)
