I am so disappointed and saddened by David’s auto shop. Two months ago my dad went into the shop was told that we needed to have the brake calipers replaced for $800, we replaced it immediately, as it is a safety issue. On Sunday, the brake caliper broke down again in the middle of driving , as it is so dangerous I went to a nearby auto shop and I was told that I needed to replace the brake calipers again (it cost me $150) in diagnostic fees. I couldn’t drive the car, and parked nearby, and have been contacting them ever since, I left an email, called them numerous times, but no response.

Probably my most pleasant experience ever at an auto shop. They got me in about an hour and a half before closing, and I drove out of there about a half hour before closing. They even had the needed part delivered in that time. Very nice people and I was happy to pay what was well below what I am used to with auto repairs.

As a woman, I’m disappointed because I take my truck to David’s auto for oil change which my engine light was on but never had any problems until I went there before I left he asked me do your truck cut off I replied no two days later my truck cut off I looked under the hood the mechanics loosened my battery so I can come back and get the engine light cut off my thing is I came to this shop for help and trusting that they were good people I hope this shop get what they deserve just sad don’t go there

I took my truck here about 2 months ago paid over $700 in repairs just for them to be rude and make my car even worse. The lady at the desk had no sympathy she even bad talked about my vehicle on the phone to a person I don’t know, I will never bring my car here again. I got a new and better truck with a warranty. Don’t take your cars here anymore the new workers are not good.

I recommend David's auto. I called them to ask how much they would charge to install a battery. They quoted me a fair price and installed the battery on my car the same day. Vanessa and the mechanic were polite and charged me a fair price. I will definitely use them for future car repairs.

They told me a whole bunches of codes was wrong with my car I spent three thousand dollar they never fixed the problem and I took it else we’re they had tampered with my transmission as will another four thousand they ruined everything for me and my family

Was my favorite place to go, come to find out, they mechanics be tampering with your car so you come back for more work, I would never trust the dirty people again and I ain’t finished complain because I’m very insulted because I’m thinking all that way I got done was never needed. If you go there take pictures before you go of your car and under hood because they think bad work gonna bring people back to there shop, Never Again

This place is a scam my car needed a new water pump and thermostat and I paid these people 400$ to fix it once they was finished, my car began to leak coolant. I took my car back 3 to 4 time and it seemed to get worst everytime I got it back. So now 1 week after I get my car back from them it won't start at all

I have been to David's on many occasions. Transmission, muffler, breaks: my old car needed it all fixed. I am happy with the entire process from the quote, the price of parts and labor, and the customer service. This last time I came in to fix the brakes but there were many other issues with my car (the hood wouldn't close and at night the dash board wouldn't light up). The mechanic fixed the brakes and all the little issues with the car. This made me feel like a thorough inspection was completed and it was a little something extra they didn't have to do. David's Auto goes the extra mile and takes good care of customers! You wont be disappointed when you chose them for servicing your car.

This place was fair, honest, and fast. I took my car in for a few small things and they helped me get a ride to work. They showed me what they fixed, and they even partnered with the shop next door to get my car detailed. Thank you a thousand times for making the experience so great. Very fair prices!!

This was my second consecutive oil change with them, which unfortunately will also be my last. They didn’t replace the push gasket when they changed my oil. I called them two days later after I noticed oil all over my driveway. They were nice enough to come pick it up a half block away at my house right away, fix the issue within an hour, then return my car. They also attempted clean the oil off the driveway which was nice. My issues are: 1- they didn’t replace a part that clearly needs to be replaced on every oil change the first time, 2- they never once offered an apology or discount for the inconvenience, 3-the pretended as if this was a normal occurrence and they had no way of knowing this would happen, and 4- they didn’t offer me a refund or discount on my next service in return for my continued business. I’d give them 1 star but they did clean my driveway without me having to ask. I’ll take my car to VW to have them inspect everything just bc I feel like they can’t be trusted to not cut corners, especially when they were in the wrong and seemed very displeased that I even confronted them. I’m not a hard to please customer at all, I just expect that simple jobs like this are done correctly and consistently. Also, if you’re wondering, my car is a 2017 Volkswagen GLI with low miles. I had a 07 GLI before for 10 years and I never had this happen to that one, even after the 275,000 miles I put on it.

Rip offs! I own a Dodge Charger that I took in to get fixed and they fixed it but they broken something else (that Was already working) just so I could come back! THEY WILL FIX WHATEVER YOU WANT BUT BREAK OTHER THINGS JUST SO U CAN COME BACK! Never again!!
