They did a great job and were super helpful. They made the process much easier and were patient explaining everything to me with my first time handling an accident. They ensured I was fully satisfied with their work before leaving. Highly recommend!

If Im being totally honest I wouldn't recommend this place to any one who is needing a major job done. Repair was quick took about a month to be ready for pick. I was so disappointed as there was hail dents all over & not even weeks later A part kept popping up on the side.They said it was a bracket so they ordered it. I never did go to get it fix because they did want me to leave me my car again. This is a vehicle I use to transport my children in so I didn't have the time for that. Months later I noticed my tires were way to wore out I contacted them that my alignment must be off. They insisted everything was perfect when picked up that a bump or pothole could of moved something. I got a second opinion from dealership and provided me with proof that it's was definitely way off that no amount of pothole or what ever would do that. Sean wanted to check it out him for himself and again wanted it to be dropped off. 🥱 I clearly told him I couldn't I'm a single mom and I had all my children with me that I could be there the least busiest day. Showed up early and waited for about two hours. I had my children on electronics so they could be clam while we waited Emily at the front said it was to loud she couldn't concentrate which I don't think it was. Still told my kids to turn off the sound. I then asked if she knew if my vehicle was up and being check she then left to look came back said nothing. I still waited couple of minutes before asking if she did find out anything she left to the back and never came back till the end. But she was seen on her cellphone and talking about me to an other employee. Sean finally came with my keys still said the alignment was not off by much that the issue was some thing else not taking responsibility that thier work was not done properly. I then proceeded to tell Emily thank you for informing me and talking about me. Sean interrupts and they were both very unprofessional and rude with one sympathy that I had my 5 children including a baby waiting for almost two hours. Waste of time and money here!

Fantastic experience! Very organized process throughout. Very client focused. Detail oriented. Constant updates throughout the process. My job was done in half the estimated time. Hate having to have collision repairs but if you have one this business is outstanding. Don't hesitate.

I just got my car repaired and picked up. Every person I dealt with at Davis was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My car looked amazing and they even vacuumed it. Taking that little extra step makes a big impact. Thank you Chris, Emily and everyone else for making the experience a great one. If I need work in the future, I will definitely be back.

Our experience with Davis Paint & Collision was good. Our prime contact was the estimator, Mikaela, who was very knowledgeable and professional, while at the same time very personable. She patiently went over the estimate with us prior to starting work and then, with equal patience showed/described the work done when we came to get our car.

Davis Paint and Collision 29th Street repaired the front end damage to my vehicle. I'm so impressed by the service I received. They were kind, caring, compassionate and very professional. They kept me informed throughout the process finished the repair 9 days quicker than projected and even cleaned my car inside and out. I had a small fender binder with my truck. Davis Paint & Collision is a preferred State Farm shop. Mandy went over from start to finish. Definitely will use this shop if I ever need them.
