I had Dawit fix my car and unfortunately it ended up being a complicated repair but Dawit stayed in touch with me and did everything he could to help me out ! I wanted to say that he is a honest shop which isn’t that common anymore

I’d give Dawit a 0 if I could. Chassis(frame) inspection was needed and he said it was an oil change I needed. Clearly not the same! Not sure if he’s a real mechanic. I got a oil change 1 1/2 mo prior but adamant it was an oil change needed. Run fast from this place! Save your money and a headache!

Dawit's shop fixed my bumper and driver side fender on 7/27/2021. Since then, everything has been a nightmare for me. This shop does not do well with newer cars. The day I saw my car, I refused to drive off because the paint was dripping, the bumper was popping out (an original toyota bumper at that) and the car was poorly fixed. He offered to fix it again which I allowed. From July until now, my bumper is close to falling off. It is popped out on both sides. If i hit one pot hole, i'm sure it will fly off. I work from home so I barely drive the car & its still detaching slowly. I asked Dawit to refund my full amount and his only answer was to refix his damages. I WOULD NEVER ALLOW DAWIT AND HIS TEAM to fix my car ever again. I am not sure why they think 3rd time will make a difference. due to his refusal, I filed a claim with BAR and I am also filing a small claim to press legal charges for my damages. I had a beautiful car and now it's completely ruined by the hands of Dawit and his team. if you have an older car, his shop might do a good job. If you have a newer car, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! One of my biggest regret!! Also, the pricing is no different from Maaco. You can get a better job with the same price elsewhere.

Few weeks ago, I contacted Dawit to fix my car small window (quarter window). A thief broke the glass in Great Mall Parking lot. The approach Dawit had was too good to be true. He ordered parts and the window was fixed next day after parts arrived. He did a perfect job. Thru this experience, I have found a mechanic who is reliable and reasonable on pricing. He will be the go to mechanic whenever I will need someone in the future.

I accidentally brought my car here after someone tried to steal my catalytic converter (I had intended to go to First Choice next door, but they were closed and the guy at Dawit implied that he worked with them and that I should just leave my car there). He replaced the oxygen sensors which had been damaged in the attempted theft and welded the converter back on. However, when I recently went to get a smog check I was told that neither of the oxygen sensors that had been installed were functioning properly and they would need to be replaced again. On the second try I made sure to go to First Choice and they reported that the oxygen sensors that Dawit had installed were not the correct sensors and that the shoddy welding job was also probably impeding their functionality. They also mentioned that their neighbor consistently steals their business and has a habit of not only wasting people's money, but also messing up their cars. I paid in cash and received a hand written "receipt" because the printer was apparently broken. I clearly made a mistake bringing my car here, DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Take your car next door -- they're great!
