Does all of my body work on my vehicle Repainted my 2008 Mercury Marquis and I declare it looks better than the day I purchased it and 4 years later,no fading,peeling. Also my Mother's car was heavily damaged in an auto accident. They found the parts,2008 Crown Victoria and vehicle ,parts painted and you can't tell the difference. Go out there and see Amanda and that crew Highly professional,competant, first class work. Very polite. No second rate parts

AMAZING!!!!! I haven’t even gotten my car back yet but let me tell you that I am super impressed with this auto repair shop!!! From my first experience with John who was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring:) I had a wreck (no fault of mine) and I was so torn but he assured me that I was I. GREAT hands and I am!!!! :) Also, Ms. Amanda who is gem, is so sweet and caring! :) She is so friendly and upbeat:) She updates me every week with what’s going on with my car and I am so grateful:) This is the best auto shop EVER!!!!!! 10 stars!!!!!

I was involved in an accident in August and I chose Craftmasters to do the repairs. These guys are very good at what they do. They fixed me up pretty good and it didn’t take long at all. We had a few hiccups throughout the process. But, John was very professional and went out of his way to make things right. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment.

I went to Craft Master after my car was hit. The tow truck was a very quick response and the the gentleman was very helpful. Jonathan and Amanda are very nice and their crew are amazing! They handled the insurance claim for me and made sure everything was PERFECT! They stand behind their work 100%. Second time coming here to get my vehicle worked on. Each time there has been a little hiccup at the end. This last time resulted in an unforeseen high charge. Thankfully, management reached out and was able to get that charge taken care of.

Our SUV was towed her after my wife had a crash where s lady pulled out and got her almost head on. The lady that answers the phone there is awesome! Very polite, friendly and helpful. They had our SUV listed as abandoned because we didn't call them for a while after the wreck (2 weeks) and everything we left in the vehicle was still there. That's rare from my past experiences in other areas. They were extremely nice when my wife came to get her belongings. Good to see s company that's ran well with good people there.

VERY WELL taken care of. Jonathan took care of me when I hit the deer and afterwards. They do weekly updates depending on how long they have your vehicle. They held my hand every step of he way even when my insurance company didn't!!!!

First visit: they gave us an appointment approximately 2 weeks out, stating he would order the part needed. We show up, they did not have us down for an appointment, then the man that gave the appointment said, oh yeah, um the part is on backorder and would be in in two days. (Yeah right!!) I left my number and asked them to call when it came so I wouldn’t waste another trip. Have you gotten a call?!?!! Neither have I. Needless to say, I will not be taking my vehicle there.
