Always a good experience with DSA. I have been using them for about 3 years for routine service on my cla 250 and then whenever anything pops up. They always do a great job & when they do my oil change, do a great job at explaining with photos what is recommended. Always super affordable compared to the dealer also. I’ll continue to use them

I’ve been a customer for some years and always had a good experience. I always feel like they take good care of me and are not just trying to upsell or over charge me. They have a wonderful online system that lets you track progress, approve work and estimates etc. They also have partnerships that allow for financing or payment options.

These folks havre all the necessary diagnostic equipment and skilled professionals necessary to diagnose and correct problems quickly without the normal “try this, try that” bs. They did a great job for me.

I have a 2009 Smart car and these guys are the best ever! The technicians have years of Mercedes experience, the owner had Smart cars and their professionalism and customer service is exquisite. I brought my Toyota to them and very highly recommended their expertise.

Took my bmw and gave them the symptoms , they quoted me to inspect my trouble and gave my car back with no idea what’s creating the issue and wanted to charge for further inspection after having the car all day . Useless

Wow. DSA was a life saver. My New used car broke down in Orlando 5 hours from the time of purchase. My wife and I live in Melbourne Beach and did not have any experience with car repair places in town. We hobbled across town to DSA at 15mph. DSA staff was friendly and receptive to our situation. They told us don't worry we will diagnose it by the next day. As promised next day they identified the problem, sent us an estimate and fixed it for a reasonable price. These guys are a first class operation. If we ever have any car repair problems in Orlando, we are going to DSA. DSA is a first class operation. Try them. You won't be disappointed!!!

The service and experience was unequivocally one, if not the very best I have ever received. From the moment I reached out to the day I was able to pick up my car they were all stellar at the service center. Talk about a different experience than a dealership! Reece and Jamie were so informative, kind and empathetic. Explained the issues with my car and the various options available to me. Service was amazing and fairly priced. 100% recommend them to anyone-especially those who are "fed up" with being taken advantage of by their dealer.

Just giving another review to say that the service was wonderful, as expected. And one of their staff, Reese, is a Rush fan. Which is a plus for me!
