If you think this shop is cheaper than the dealership think again and compare prices before you have your car fix by this shop. Their prices are really high .. even higher than a dealer so if you need an honest and cheaper than dealership prices call several shops and compare prices before you commit..I went there because my Mercedes Benz was leaking oil and it cost me almost $6k in parts and labor when all is said done…they give you an illusion that your saving money if you have them do any repair in your car but you’re not !!!

Review and always get the first opinion from Mercedes Benz and quote. Relax have a genuine cup of coffee. Then get second opinion at an alternate shop. Always use an authentic dealer referral for any body work. Review how the inspections are performed. Family has 4 MB vehicles. Dealer first, then find someone you are comfortable with for the alternate if it’s out of factory warranty.

Had an issue with my fuel system that other mechanic services couldn't diagnose properly after two different sessions. Decided to take it to DSA who managed to discover what the issue was and fix it in the span of a few days. 100% recommend them and will be returning in the future!

This is the first time to use Dealer Service Alternative. I only needed an oil change but thought to try them out with something small. I could sit and wait even though they suggest dropping off just in case they find something. They do try to up sale on certain extras but that is normal for even dealerships. They did a thorough check up as the dealerships do with video, pictures and documentation. I would recommend. I will be back for battery change with included updates.

Always a good experience with DSA. I have been using them for about 3 years for routine service on my cla 250 and then whenever anything pops up. They always do a great job & when they do my oil change, do a great job at explaining with photos what is recommended. Always super affordable compared to the dealer also. I’ll continue to use them

I’ve been a customer for some years and always had a good experience. I always feel like they take good care of me and are not just trying to upsell or over charge me. They have a wonderful online system that lets you track progress, approve work and estimates etc. They also have partnerships that allow for financing or payment options.
