Can't believe I haven't left a review yet. This place is great! They're transparent about their pricing, they do quick, quality work, and are just all around pleasant to work with. Definitely my main place for all things mechanical.

I can say that this place at least fixed the problem.That was at hand but Dave messed my car up so bad that I've had so many issues.Just taking it of them for one issue I was referred here from a friend.And absolutely would not refer to anyone else

Excellent, friendly shop doing top-notch work at reasonable prices. Ever since I was referred to them, they've done a great job of keeping my truck purring along happily, and every visit has been a pleasure. They are also the only shop I've personally encountered who properly aligns my BMWs, to the point that I don't even ask tire shops or chain stores to try anymore. DealerTech is my go-to when I just need to know it's been done correctly. Great folks, highly recommended!!

I have been here several times. The mechanics do great work at good prices. The restroom is immaculate. Friendly people work here! Went to Dealer Tech yet again and had the same experience I had before.

I am so impressed by my recent experience with them. They go above and beyond with their services. I was sold a 2013 Lincoln MKS by a dealer and the car had a headlight that didn't work. The dealership did not keep their promise to repair the light and honestly they had no clue how to fix it. It was an electrical issue.After almost 2 years of searching for someone to fix it, many broken promises and mechanics who would not touch it. I happen to find this place in research. I wound up speaking to Chris and he was very confident his techs could fix it. I was very skeptical but they did just as promised. Scoop and another young man diagnosed my issue. And they took their time to diagnose it. The parts was ordered and Scoop had my lights back in business. These guys are the real deal. And I had to go back because one of my sensors on the bumper was not attached back. They told me bring it back and they was waiting on me and knew who I was as soon as I entered. Reattached the sensor in minutes and I was on my way. I definitely reccommend dealer tech. Honest and fair prices. Mechanics who know their stuff. It's rare in these times. Great experience. These guys are awesome. Very reasonable pricing and quality work. They are extremely thorough with inspections. Quality work and it is always done in a pretty fast time frame.

I brought my car to DealerTech on the recommendation after a recommendation of a friend. They were able to squeeze me in and had my cars brakes, rotors, calipers and 2 new tires done by the next day. And the price was amazing for the amount of work they did. I so appreciate everything they did for me and the man I talked to both times I was there, Chris, was very helpful. I have already recommended DealerTech to a friend.

DealerTech was referred to me by a friend and they have been a blessing to myself as well as my family and friends. Chris and Scoop are wonderful if you need auto repairs this is the place for you!!! Whenever I need them they are right on time. Mr. Chris is kind, professional and makes it easy to call, get quote and set up appointments. They are close to my home which is very convenient. I always feel safe after they have worked on my car.

A one star for a rude racist advisor Chris in the front. Bald head older white man. I have been coming to this shop for years to put air in my tire (scoop always did it for me). I’m just now finding out today a scoop is the owner bc he is very nice and humble. This advisor tells me “ I should pay for air bc across the street to the gas station it’s not free, folks at his shop are paid by the hour”. I was in shock by this rudest bc I have never been treated like this before. Rob was just as nice and professional like scoop and put the air in my tires. I do not recommend women doing business with that front guy if scoop is not there, BAD for business. What crazy is, when Rob was putting air in my tire he was standing there watching him through the glass the whole time as if something wrong was going on, real bad for business.

Don’t call you to tell you anything . I have been there two times now and each time they have failed to call and tell me what wrong with my vehicle only to bill me outrageously when I pick it up . I don’t review much at all but these guys lie through their teeth

The reviews are spot on about DealerTech! From beginning to end the experience was top notch. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day and the love that the process of finding out what needed to be replaced is handled digitally. I'm a bit old school too so I called in when I received my text link to ask a few questions about the work and they were also able to approve it over the phone for me as well. I primarily interacted with Chris from my first phone call to key drop off/pick up. He is an absolute sweetheart and was so patient in answering all of my questions. I had a part replaced and he had the old one to show me exactly what happened to it. That's an honest shop! I will definitely be back.

Community oriented, kind and knowledgeable. Could have charged me over $200 for a new tire but after assessing, I was charged for sealing, over a $180 difference. This is my new car care provider. Thank you DT LLC!

Haven't got back into the car yet, but I'm impressed with what's happened so far. Chris the owner squeezed me in and I even changed the time last second that I said I would be in. Got the car back in the bay within 15m and called me to verify that I wanted to proceed with the diag and possible drum cylinder replacement. Prior while describing the issue over the phone to him I could tell he knows what he is talking about and he has been doing this for awhile. Will update after the job is finished.

My Son told me about Dealer Tech, and I have been going there for regular maintenance, but they just did transmission work on a Focus that was over and above required! Very good service from “Scoop “ and all there ! I recommend to family and friends ! George
