My Husband took our Kia Sedona in one and a half weeks ago to Deans Auto Repair on 32nd st. To find out what was causing the Mis Fire code, the popping noise when switching from park to reverse and what was going on with the A/C plug underneath the dash on passenger side. The results he got was the vehicle needed a new plug, a new axel and new A/C blower, a new plug and a new receiver for the A/C. My Husband told them to go ahead and schedule him for everything to be done. He brought the van back two days later for his appointment. Since we hot it back, the popping noise coming from the front end, sounds worse, the A/C plug etc. was changed, the A/C is working however when turned on..., there is a high pitch whistling sound coming from the A/C. And lastly the engine light hasn't came back on but it sounds rough when started up. Especially with the A/C running. It was a few dollars less than $1,000.00 to have the repairs done. My Husband still hasn't taken our vehicle back in to have them handle this issue so I'll leave an update as soon as he does to what's going to happen then. Hoping for True Honesty. Until then.....

You're better off just scrapping your car and taking the bus. It's been about a year since Dennis ( mechanic that works there ) screwed me over, and it's still hard to even think about it without cussing. Fun fact: if the BBB sends you a letter about a complaint that they've gotten about you, all you have to do is ignore it, and there's nothing the BBB can do, aside from keeping the letter on file for 3 years so that people can go look at it if they choose. Do your due diligence; don't let yourself besuckered. Please feel free to contact me. I'll gladly show you the evidence of his unethical business practices.

I recently had my car maintenance done at Dean's and as always for the past 37 years they have given me such impeccable service with great diagnostic mechanics, knowledge of vehicle parts and with such a quick response with locating parts if necessary! The employees are honest with integrity about all aspects of their work. The company owner is at the store quite often and will serve the customers with confidence and a caring attitude. He is also friendly and will place the customers at ease. Their material costs and labor fees are very competitive. They offer a comfortable environment for those who wish to wait. All of what I have stated is true whereas for 37 years I have trusted them through the lifetime of 4 different vehicles. You will NOT be dissatisfied!

ALI the owner is a fuse ready to burst. He charged my son twice for a distributor. 12 month warranty. 475. a pop. We came back to show his guarantee. He stated the distributor had oil and the parts people wouldn't return it. He wouldn't give us the refund. The mechanic who's been there and did the job, a few days earlier when I came in for the refund, looked at the invoices and said it shouldn't be a problem. 3 days later. The short fused Ali waving his arms said he wouldn't credit, wouldn't show us the bad part or paper showing the return denial. He lied to us. His red face and demeanor revieled his embarrassment. He told us to leave and not return. Or he would trespass us. We've spent 2600 at his Dean's over the last two years. And this is how Ali the short fused owner treated us. I'm still trying to get my money back. Since September 2023. Next stop small claims court. He's not an honest ALI.

I was having issues with my car starting. I took it to multiple repair shops who could not find the issue with my car and kept charging me inspection fees without giving me any more information. I contacted Deans and brought my car in. They were able to find the issue within a few hours and were able to fix it same day. I highly recommend Deans for whatever issue you are having with your car. They are without a doubt the best body shop I’ve brought my vehicle to.

If you own a 4x4 or offroad vehicle, Deans is the spot. Used to take my rig to the typical "offroad shops" but got too expensive. Deans has been the usual spot for my maintenance and I will continue to come here.

Sorry, but i have noticed maybe a change of Owner or personal, this place just to be packed, now y can caount the cars in the shop every day.Desapointed went there for Service and the Young man at the counter kind of had a attitude and told to request a. Appointment because they cannot take care if my car, when before they would do the imposible have my car seen that very same day.

There’s a new owner and he’s a thief he stole my computer disabler . took my Chevy truck there for an oil pressure problem . It was there for one month spent $1400 never fixed it and my computer disabler was missing confronted him about it. He said he knows nothing about it . in the past three years I’ve spent $15,000 there don’t go there the new owners a thief and dishonest .

Yesterday I had my scheduled oil changes scheduled and as always the employees and owner of this shop have been detailed, ask question about the vehicle whereas they can properly evaluate problems. The shop has a couple of phenomenal diagnostic mechanics. They have always been less costly of all quotes from other places and the less costly has never affected quality parts of labor. I have been coming to the mechanics at this shop since 1987 and have no desire to go anywhere else as their reputation is exceptional.
