It My Be Just Me But My Experience Wasn’t Good At All One Thing Turned To Another And Now Im Basically Without A Car. And Without My Knowledge A Part That Wasn’t Even Mine Was Replaced And They Acted Blindly To Their Mess Up But Wanted To Charge Me To Come Fix a Problem They Made. It Maybe My Experience But Do It At Your Own Risk

I had an issue with my car overheating. It got bad and I couldn't diagnose it myself and I needed a mobile mechanic. I called Debrick mobile mechanic and they were kinda busy but the owner himself came out to diagnose my car. We found out it was in an accident before I bought it and the radiator was bent. (Which wasn't part of the original quote) They went above and beyond for me. They drove me to buy the part I needed and literally saved the day. I highly recommend them

I honestly don’t know why he has such a high rating, in my experience it’s not deserved. Don’t be fooled by his good prices, it comes at a cost. Three weeks ago I go to him for a diagnostic on why my airbag sign is on. He tells me I just need a new sensor and he’ll call on Monday because he knows someone who can get him a good deal (this was a Saturday). I called my dealership and they gave me an estimate on the part and I did my own research which took me 10 minutes once I knew what to look for and found decent pricing. But since he said he would get a good deal on the part I wanted to wait to see how my research did in comparison. Three weeks later, I’ve called the business 4 times, the first three times there was no answer or call back, the last time he answered and said he’ll get back to me that day and I never heard back. Something that took me 10 minutes to find on my own, took him three weeks to get to me, and that’s only after I texted the number asking for a refund on the diagnostic. I asked for a refund because I don’t waste money, when I paid the diagnostic and was told that fee would go towards the service, I was committing to him doing the service and getting the job done. But clearly he doesn’t care about his clients as three weeks went by and I couldn’t even get a complete quote without asking for every detail: the part price, the labor price, how long to get the part and how soon it could be done. He refused to give the refund and if this is how he treats his clients he won’t be getting another dime out of me. If he didn’t have time to take me on as a client, that’s should’ve been said from the start. If you have weeks to waste on just getting a quote and extra energy to spend on just getting him to just answer the phone, than maybe he’s your guy. If not spend the few extra bucks to get someone more professional who will get back to you in a timely manner.

Hello. I had a really bad experience with the mobile side of this business. My car has never been the same again. Not only did they not complete the work the first time, they were dishonest in why the issue happened to begin with. The mechanic also seemed to have broken something else the second time when I complained about the first. After the first visit, my car needed an alignment so bad, that I almost got into an accident with my daughter in the car. Then on the second visit, they left something loose and ripped the cover of the rack-and-pinion. Very frustrating experience. **Update** I can't believe he's trying to defend this after the conversation that we had. It was the alignment guy that put tape to fix the plastic after this mechanic destroyed it. See the pics of the conversation and the damage. He promised to come and fix the issue, but never did. And that's not the only problem that they left me with. **Update 2** This isn't about me getting free work done but about your mechanics, that you claimed you fired as per the text messages, leaving me with a car that I could barely drive, then you lying about it to cover it up. Why would you claim to have fired the mechanics if they did a good job? Please take responsibility. **Update 3** Just wanted to add some pictures with time stamps to show that I've been complaining about this job since it was done. I just kept getting the run around. The pictures below is what my tires looked like after driving for 20 minutes after the job was done.

Debrick was very helpful and his work is top class. If you are in the Tampa/brandon/seffner/riverview area I would recommend going to him for your car needs. I originally went to him to change my brakes which he did a phenomenal job with. Then I went to a tire shop near by where they pulling my parking brake wire out by mistake shortly after. I texted him and he immediately called me back and fixed it for me at no cost and I was ready to go. He got an amazing team with him and his wife is kind, she offered us the best cafe con lèche I ever had and some water. Customer service was top. Thanks Debrick, I will be a long time customer going forward.

Derrick and his team was amazing. They made me feel very comfortable with their service and was very knowledgeable about what issues my vehicle was having. They fixed the drive shaft on my BMW at about half the price the BMW dealership was charging me . They were at my address about 10am and done with my car by 2pm I that was great . They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again for all my future work . Thanks Roberto for everything ☺️

Debrick Mobile is the place to go if you want a mobile mechanic shop that is courteous, professional, and honest! He changed the brake pad, rotor, and caliper. The crew are wonderful people who gave me excellent service and did not charge me any more expenses above their quote. I would continue to visit this business and recommend it to anybody in the Tampa region.

Had an Oil Leak that Destroyed my Alternator and I was told that it was a Valve Cover Gasket Leak. Took my Cat to Debrick, he checked and confirmed that was not the Issue. He identified and fixed the Problem saving me the Time and Expense of Replacing the Valve Cover. Gasket.

I sent Debrick a text on Sunday to have a suspected dead fuel pump replaced. I was scheduled first thing Monday. My hunch was correct, Debrick confirmed the diagnosis, and since I already had the new pump, they quickly swapped it out, tested the car, and its back in business. Repair cost was extremely fair. Great service, highly recommended, and I will definitely use them for mobile repair in the future.

Called Debrick and told him about my AC issue. He scheduled me to come in the next day. He figured out the issue and fixed it. The customer service and hospitality was very welcoming. The prices are very affordable. Will definitely be using Debrick in the future.
