I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, on a Saturday no less. I waited for 3 hours at W@lmart to get my tire fixed, and had to leave. Gave up, went here instead, no regrets. Huge thank you to the team at Decatur Tire Shop!

Took off my lug nuts and never put them back on. I called them to respectfully figure things out and they started yelling at me. He states he don’t care and hung up. Don’t come here if you’re a woman !

Update: Went back today and they got me a new tire, no questions asked. Perfect. Got a tire on Friday morning. Everything was good. I woke up Saturday morning to the your pressure being 29. I took my car to Valvoline and got air and thought I'll see if that air stays if not I'll be back to the shop for my tire. Sure enough Saturday night I got to get food and I'm back at 28. They're closed this Sunday morning so I'll be back Monday.

Very poor experience they told me one price when I get there and they said they don't have my tire size and they tried to put a different size on .

Absolute worst experience and I have been going to them for years. Ask for a new Tire sold me a used tire used tire was bad. Try to bring it back and they were rude and insulting and would not even offer to patch Tire. I just got a couple days ago, Do not Get Tires especially if you’re a woman!!! Buyer Beware!!

I wouldn’t recommend no one to do business with them they will fix your tire then mess up the stem on the tire then charge you more money to fix I would never go back very bad business

This is the only place I trust for my tires outside my dealership. They are super fast and friendly, very professional and honest hard working people. I can’t say enough good about them. We need more business like them in this area with great awesome people working out here.

Check your tire before you leave this company put the wrong size tire on my car and wouldn't replace it and said that their tires aren't guaranteed to be the right size.

I had an amazing experience here! I came to check on my tires bc the pressure light came on l, and I found out my two front tires needed to be replaced. It was only $214 to replace both and they worked so quick to get it done! They also made sure I knew what was going on and the steps I needed to take afterwards. I will definitely be returning.

I just pulled in and explained that I thought that I had a nail in my driver side rear tire. They put me in and confirmed that the tired did have a nail. They fixed it within about twenty minutes, and I was on my way.
