Brought my truck here for an alignment yesterday. Truck drives the exact same after they supposedly aligned it, pulls to the right. Usually you get a print out of before/ after alignment specs. They could not provide one because they ran out of the paper. Waste of 2 hours and $89.

I got a bad tire there the first time and the balance was done so horribly. The guy who did it was young and just looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. Their paper stated no refund but I still tried due to how bad the tire and balance was done. I returned and my husband argued with them at the front and the girl came out arguing even more with him blah blah blah. They spent time looking for another tire and took about 20 minutes to find another one. But again the balance was not done right!!!!!! And the tire was worthless. I had to get another one at another shop. I wouldn’t shop here or recommend it to anyone.

I have been a customer for last 10 years, Recently the business was taken over by somebody and they have increased the price 4X. A simple Tire rebalance and roation is costing 30$ each

Avoid this shop, Andrea at the front desk was very rude. I had even called to schedule and she was rude on the phone as well. It looks like a 2 year old applied the weights to balance wheels and tires. Very poor quality of workmanship. There are many options, I took the wheels to firebird around the corner and they fixed the wheel balancing and were very pleasant to work with.

I highly recommend this place, they were so nice and professional. They did my tire within 20 mins and was very reasonable. We enjoyed our conversations and enjoyed their dogs company. We will definitely be going back for any tire repairs.

I took my flat tire over there to get it checked, all it needed was air LOL but I had them balance the tire. Honest and fair price, I highly recommend this place..

It was a great experience from the start with the front desk staff, and affordable prices for new and used tires. They don't charge all of the extra fees, and the mechanics get you on the road again in 15 minutes or less. Highly recommend if you are on a budget or have an emergency tire replacement, but overall it's been the best shop in Phoenix. Thanks again!

This is the spot to go. Used Versa tires $36 and most of the valley is $45-$50. Mechanic that removed my spare tire aired it it up as well as the the other three tires. Replacement tire I bought looked close to new. Also the dog up front is a heartmelter 💕 go see them

We have been using Deer Valley Tire for many many years and have never had any issues until recently. We brought a tire and wheel in and asked them to put the tire on the wheel. They used to do this for $10, they now charge $25 which is the same as Discount Tire charges. They clamped the wheel incorrectly and severely damaged it with chunks, taken out of the front and back side of it. The guy admitted to damaging it, and they offered to fix it. All they did to fix it was spray it with a gloss black spray paint (which does not match) and did nothing to fix the front side. When I told them, this was unacceptable they told me they were not responsible for any damage to wheels and that there are signs everywhere. When I asked to see the sign, of course they could not show me. Discount tire will match all prices from other tire stores do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Deer Valley Tire.
