I took my car in with a flat tire and it was changed and ready to be picked up the same day. Very fast. Would recommend. Randy is great.

Bought a 2023 kia from south town Hyundai it had a bad tire they wouldn't replace discount tires said they all bad. DeKalb tires said my tires were very good and fixed the bad tire. I am upset that the dealer they didn't value my business and will not buy there again. I highly recommend everybody go to DeKalb tire for service. Great service thanks.

Randy was great! Quicker than expected, had what I needed in stock, gave meaningful feedback during our conversations. Will come back EDIT: Despite our in depth conversation, they changed the wrong tires and deflected responsibility by admitting that they would rather work brainlessly than be bothered to double check their work. The behavior I experienced was highly narcissistic, trying to warp conversations to best defend themselves. They also mentioned how many employees simply don’t show up to work and their eagerness to fire them. When I revisited them, they checked my tire tread in maybe 45 seconds which is all they needed to do to see that they had swapped out perfectly good tires. I’m now out $750. Your car is an expensive asset and there are plenty of shops around, take it somewhere that will at least do the BARE MINIMUM to do proper work without gaslighting you in the process.

The lady Bri who worked the front counter was a complete jewel. She was very friendly and very dedicated to helping customers. The shop manager is a completely different story. I hit a curb on Peachtree Rd the other day and took my car in because the rim was bent. Bri was very kind. She contacted the third party who repairs rims, and I was told it could be fixed. I paid $20 to have the damaged wheel removed and the spare put on. Next day I called the shop, and the manager answered. I believe his name is Randy. He told me that the wheel couldn't be fixed, and I was told that a new rim would cost about $1100. He really gave no reason as to why, and told me to call him back on 30 minutes because he was busy. Saturday, I go to pick up my wheel, and he was very rude. He said that he didn't know why Bri told me the wheel could be fixed. He gave me no other options, and then told me I could go around back and get the wheel myself. I just ended up taking my car to the dealership and paid $400 for a new rim, not $1100. Unexpected car problems can be very stressful for people who aren't in the car repair business. Randy had absolutely no social grace and basically treated me like he couldn't be bothered. I have lived in Buckhead for over 20 years, and had taken my previous cars there with very friendly employees. I'm not sure what is going on with Randy, but he is definitely doing a disservice to Bri who is very kind.

Aurora, Amanda and the guy in the shop(I forgot his name) were great! Incredibly accommodating even though I arrived quite late and turned around my car very quickly. I had to replace 2 tires, and even though they didn’t have them in stock, they ordered them and honored my warranty. These guys were incredibly professional, competent and I can’t recommend them more! Update: I’m back again and Randy has taken great care of me once again. These guys are awesome.

This is my second time getting tires replaced/ oil changed here. I love the staff and how respectful and honest they are. I’ve had unfortunate luck with my tires the past two years and today Randy made my experience as pleasant as possible. I’ll also say they often have good deals and sales on other services.
