Got a new ac compressor in my rav 4. Other places ran tests but couldn't find the issue, dealership was trying to charge double then what Del Pueblo did. Del Pueblo also knocked $90 off my quote because they offer a discount if you go for a test, and decide to go with them for the fix. Lady at the front desk is bi-lingual and very nice, they're accurate with their estimated times.

On my original review, I had given this place 5 stars, however on my second review I gave this place a 1 star because my car's engine broke 200 miles after the timing belt was replaced. However, I have checked with several mechanics to see if the work they perform at Del Pueblo Auto Service had anything to do with my engine distributor exploding out of the engine causing a complete failure and every mechanic said no, there was no correlation. Also keeping in mind that the truck was 22 years old. So I'm willing to give them another chance. I think their customer service is great.

I had the timing belt and water pump and oil pan gasket replaced on my 1999 Nissan Frontier 4x4. The price was fair and the service was prompt. There was a little issue regarding a few other parts, however once I informed Jorge he had the mechanic take care of it while I waited there. They take responsibility for their work. This was my second time bringing my car here. I will definitely keep coming here. Thank you Jorge
