I've brought my 2010 Mazda 3 to Delgado's multiple times this year, and I have been impressed and satisfied with their work every time! A mechanic typically calls me after their diagnostic check but before performing any work, to walk me through any identified issues + the intended repair(s) + a cost estimate. They have even worked with me to split repairs into multiple visits so I could set aside money to cover the total repair cost over several weeks. The Delgado's team is prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous to say the least. If you need regular maintenance, have a dash light unexpectedly turn on, hear a funky noise rattling in your vehicle or more, I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Delgado's. Really bad service. I took my car in to get new brakes. When they gave it back to me it had. Different problem the brakes were making a horrible noise. I took it back 5 times and they weren’t able to fix a problem I DIDNT HAVE before taking the car there. They only gave me half of the money back and my car still has the same problem. They COULDNT FIX IT. So now I have to take somewhere else to get it fix but I have to pay from my pocket.i spent 200 dollars in Ubers. Horrible costumer service horrible job. Cómo vas entregar un carro con problema que no tenía antes de llevarlo ahí ?????? Im gona make a video too

Delgados is an absolute gem! If I had kids, they'd be giving this place 10 stars. For nearly three years, they've been our go-to for car repairs. Their expertise and reliability are unparalleled. I couldn’t be more disappointed and upset at Delgados. I brought my car here a little under a year ago, and they told me I needed a new suspension. I’ve had little to no issues with my car, I get regular maintenance on it. Ever since I took it to delgados for the first time, I’ve had to bring it in FIVE times for different problems. Right after picking it up after I got the new suspension, there was a noise that I had never heard before. I took it back, and they quoted me 400+ dollars for a repair…. Even though I had never heard it before I took it to their shop…. Being naive and given all their good reviews, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that this was a coincidence, so I went ahead with the repair. When I picked it up in the evening and drove it home, THE NOISE WAS STILL THERE. THEY HADNT FIXED ANYTHING. Or bothered to test drive the vehicle to see if they fixed the issue!! I took it back the next day, and they did the bare minimum of doing the REAL repair for free, but idk how much it would’ve actually cost. No refund, nothing. Since then, I’ve had TWO other separate issues come up with my car, and dumb enough I just kept taking it to them. My final straw was when they told me I needed a new catalytic converter and quoted me 1000+… I got a new catalytic converter 5 years ago. Do NOT take your car here. Idk if they just chose me as an easy target, but I regret trusting this place and I’m so upset at the way they duped me. I really give people the benefit of the doubt, but I honestly believe they messed with my car everytime so I would keep coming back. I’m so disappointed.

Imagine.... an honest car mechanic! The folks at Delgado's are just the best. I have had several jobs done with them on two cars, and they have always been more than fair. By now I don't even discuss price, just drop off the car and let Juan tell me what it needs and how much. I totally trust them. Dona on the front desk is on top of things and a joy to interact with. Clean waiting room, excellent location. Highly recommended!

Staff is always very kind. However, I took my vehicle in for an AC diagnosis around when they opened for the day and did not hear back until close to their closing time for them to tell me the AC repair would be around $1,400. I declined this estimate, and the next day I took it to another shop where they repaired my AC for $370 and now all is functioning properly. I feel this shop does try to upsell on things that may not actually be needed.

These guys were recommended by my landlord, and wow, they were impressive. Something big and crazy happened to my car and I barely got it home. Something like the enclosure for the transmission cracked? They hooked me up with a towing person who was on time and came and got the car from my house, they texted and were on time with the repair, and it was done well. What a relief to find someone you can trust! Additionally, shout out to the woman who works the front desk, who is calm, organized, helpful, attentive, polite, and patient. Thank you!

I took my car in at 2pm yesterday and they said they would have a quote for me by close at 6pm. Not only did I not have a quote by 6pm, but when I called at 12pm this afteroon, they hadn't even looked at it yet. (They opened at 8am.) Finally at 2pm, a full 24 hours later, they called with the quote. It sounded kind of high, so I took it to another place for a second opinion. Within 5 minutes, the second place showed me what they were seeing under the hood. Not to get gross, but there was fresh rat poop underneath the hood and wiring had been chewed. There was NO WAY Delgado's could have missed it. But, instead of telling me that, they were just going to take my money and send me on my way for me to inevitably have major problems in the future. I'm absolutely disgusted with their devious and utterly unprofessional lack of service. Stay away!!
