Went to get a free estimate, didn't hear back for two days after getting pictures taken. So, I called and the guy said they had "software problems" and would send the estimate that evening. Sounded like a ridiculous excuse but wanted to give them a chance. 3 days later, I decided to go to Walt Sweeney and got an estimate the same day.
