Disappointing Purchase - Major Mechanical Issues. I bought 2015 Chrysler 200 C from this dealer, and it's been nothing but a headache. Almost immediately after purchase, I noticed a loud noise coming from the serpentine belt after 2 days of purchase. The steering wheel shakes constantly, making driving uncomfortable and unsafe. Upon inspection, I was told there are problems with the control arms, engine mount, and drive axle-major components that should not be failing this soon. On top of that, the struts are also in bad shape. This car was sold to me in poor condition, and I'm extremely disappointed. I expected a lot more reliability from this vehicle. Please do double check before purchasing cars from here.

I would be very careful with this place, scams and overpriced, They told me they could replace the motor in the window with a set price and than they changed it from a reasonable price to something outrageous. This lady continued to inform me that if i tried to cancel i would still have to pay this amount. I left with no service done and with a bill never going back to this place service was horrible and rude fyi i didn’t get my money back i had to pay.

I stumbled on this business by chance after I had being to “several” other mechanics who were quoting me thousands of $$$ to fix my car Lexus. After only 1 hour, I got call from them saying my car was ready. Becaue they had the right equipment to diagnose the problem, all that was needed was a simple reset of some systems. They charged me $70! I have been back since to have my other cars serviced and I am blown away everytime with the incredible service and honesty. These guys make mechanics look good!!!!

Do not buy a car from these people. They will sell you a lemon and act like they didnt know. I purchased a car from them i havent even put 50 miles on it and its been three months now. My car had electrical issues and needed a timing chain the day of purchase. They will make the cars look clean and nice and fix them enough to make them run and drive for a day or two. They reflash the computers so by the time you get a check engine light and all hell breaks loose its too late. Also have in mind that if theyre selling cars like this they probably dont properly repair customers cars either.

I purchased a 2014 BMW 550i from this location on 6.5.23. The vehicle was listed on Facebook, and I conversed with who I THOUGHT was the owner of the vehicle, Salim, through Facebook. The Facebook ad mentioned the car had upgraded downpipes, but that the original downpipes with catalytic converters were included, and no price was included with this information. The car also had aftermarket wheels, but in conversing with the person who listed the car on Facebook, I was told the original wheels were also included for free, and I have the chat saved to show this. I was also assured all options and features worked on the car. After agreeing to a price, I placed a 500 dollar deposit on the vehicle, purchased a plane ticket, and flew down from Dallas. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the car was actually the dealership owner's personal vehicle. I connected the car to BMW ISTA and viewed a large amount of stored trouble codes, but nothing that was serious. It did show that the left side view camera was in-operable, which it was. After showing this to the owner, he simply said it was an older vehicle so some things may not work, although I was assured all features did. We went for a test drive and the vehicle performed very well, and I was pleased. We returned to the dealership and began the paperwork. It was here that things went very downhill. I learned that the person that I spoke to on Facebook was, in fact, the owner's son. When I asked for the original wheels to be placed in the car, the owner flat-out refused to include them, even after showing him the conversation with his son. When I also asked for the original downpipes with catalytic converters be included, he said absolutely not, even though the Facebook ad itself specifically showed them to be included with the vehicle. At this point, the owner called his son to berate him, but still refused to include any of the promised items from the ad and conversation. I explained to him that I placed the 500 dollar deposit with the expressed expectation of these items from the ad, but the owner did not care. To add another insult to the situation, the owner demanded 1000 dollars to "swap" the original wheels on to the vehicle, and not include the other pair. I did not want the aftermarket wheels, and ended up agreeing to 500 dollars to swap them out. In the end, I paid for the original wheels to be installed on the car, and did not receive a second set as was promised in the Facebook conversation. I could have simply refused to complete the deal, and sued Demetry automotive for false advertising of the vehicle in order to recoup my deposit and plane ticket, but I did not want to waste any additional time or money to pursue that course of action. I decided to just eat the costs and complete the purchase of the vehicle and go home. The final disappointment that sealed this terrible transaction occurred on the trip home. Since I did not test drive the vehicle with the original wheels and their installed tires, I wasn't aware that they were completely un-balanced. At anything over 60 miles per hour, the entire car shook violently. I had to endure this for 4 hours back to Dallas until I could replace the dry-rotted tires that came with the wheels. I'll also add that the vehicle had damage to the rear bumper that was hastily repaired, but not present in the pictures included in the ad. I will freely admit it was my fault for not noticing it when initially walking around the vehicle, but to blatantly keep silent about it when the damage obviously occurred AFTER listing the vehicle for sale shows the level of integrity of this dealership. In the end, I would absolutely steer clear of this dealership. Or, at the very least, make sure you never buy from here sight unseen as I did. If you DO decide to buy from here, do your homework, and don't take anything you are told from this dealership at face value. I'd 100 percent recommend you take your prospective vehicle to another shop for a pre-purchase inspection. If they refuse to allow this, walk away.

Do not buy a vehicle from this business. Also I have audio and video proof of them stating "That's not the transmission, that's something with the suspension and the brakes"

I only had the car for 2 months until the transmission completely shot out. Then I got rid of the car. The electrical work was also messed up, some buttons didn't work, windows didn't want to go down, same with the rear sunshield. There was a vehicle check engine light which they allowed me to run a diagnostic which gave the error "2759 The Internal Electrical Check of component Y3/8y8(Torque Converter Lockup Clutch Control Solenoid valve(VGS)) Or check of component Y3/8y9(Start-up Clutch Control Solenoid Valve) Has Failed." The other errors consisted of Error 1761, 1757, and 1745 which are all transmission errors which they tried to hide and deceive the customer. Before I bought the vehicle I asked and they actually promised the vehicle was good and it would last. If they spent their time actually fixing the problems instead of the bare minimum then they may get some more business. The car they sell you will only last a few days until it completely breaks down. Do not buy a vehicle from this business. I also have audio and video recording of them stating "That's not the transmission, That's something with the suspension or brakes." Absolutely horrible.

Very honest people. I want to share my experience with this dealership and mechanic shop. I bought 2012 Nissan rogue. Everyone told me I shouldn’t get one because of the CVT transmission. But Demetry the owner of the shop said he did a rebuild for it and to take it and he will give me a warranty on it. I trusted his word and took the car. And the car is very nice and has no issues whatsoever. Someone recommended me to Demetry from their good experiences too. From my experience with these people I would say to buy or fix your vehicle with Demetry automotive. They have good prices and customer service.

tried to get car inspected but they said i had to replace windshield. i called DPS as no was told this would only be required if vision through windshield was impaired. I guess he lied to try and charge me for a windshield replacement i did not need. very rude and unfriendly as well. three safety sites said view was not impaired so this would not prevent inspection. of course headline needed replaced. had nothing to do with windshield. car is being fixed and inspected by a reliable garage. windshield not being replaced.

Outstanding Pre Purchase Inspection. Demitri the son helped me along with a very knowledgeable mechanic. Thorough doesn’t even come close to the attention they gave this vehicle. They spent over an hour checking EVERYTHING. They found about 6 deal breakers oil leak, bad bushing, white smoke, check engine light in the test drive. They did NOT shy away from telling me or seller’s rep what’s what. They wrote it all down and explained it to me. Seller says they will repair but I’m not buying until Demitri the son gives the vehicle a thumbs up! Pretty Far from me but they are now my go-to before I buy. Especially since Silvio’s retired and a con-artist is in charge. Finally someone I can trust. Thanks guys!
