Demo's is incredible. I live 4 hours away from Houston, so when my "check engine" light came on, I was at the mercy of the closest shop to help me out. Even though I had no experience with Demo's and no referrals to it, I just had to trust they would take good care of me. And they did! Ray greeted me with a smile, set reasonable expectations, and was very upfront about the pricing. The work was done completely in the time frame they quoted for the price they quoted. What else can you ask for! There is more, though. I just got off the phone with a delightful woman who called to check that my car was working properly and to make sure I was satisfied. What great customer service!

First, I would like to say I was satisfied with the repair done to my car. The mechanics did a great job. The low rating comes from the lack of communication, rude front desk lady, and continuous issues regarding my refund. I had some issues with the insurance and that was not communicated with me until I was the one that called a week and a half after I dropped my car off. Then there was some issues with the payment and I was supposed to get a refund. The lady I talked with on the phone was impatient and rude when I would call to check on the status of the payment. They started to issue the refund after I had to give credit card authorization. I would not be writing this one star review if we ended there. But suddenly that refund magically disappeared from my transaction history, and now I have to escalate it with my bank. What should've taken 2-3 weeks is taking almost 2 months to solve. Save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else to take your car. I know I will.

I had the worst experience at this auto shop. I recently backed into another car in a parking lot. After talking to the owner of the another car, we decided that she gets an estimate from an auto shop and I directly pay the repair to the auto shop. This is the auto shop she got the estimate from. At the time of payment, this auto shop asked me to fill out the credit card authorization form even though they run the transaction on my debit card. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my card information behind. I asked the shop owner why they needed my card information when they already ran my debit card through the machine. The owner of this auto shop accused me of being dishonest and said that I can cancel my transaction by calling my debit card company. First of all, that’s not how it works. Do some research first. Additionally, if I don’t want to pay, I won’t be here in the first place. I feel targeted, disrespected and discriminated. Worst auto-shop ever.

Just got my car inspected today at Demos. I came in as a walk-in at 5pm on a Tuesday and was in an out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Seems like a really great establishment. I will be back!

Recently I had my car repaired after a collision at Demo's and words can't describe how friendly and helpful this body shop and automotive center is. They keep me informed of the status, went above and beyond making sure my car was repaired perfectly. I highly recommend this body shop and look forward to taking my car in the future for repairs if needed.

This place has amazing customer service! They were very thorough, and Ray was very patient and explained everything to me. They were quick, and didn’t up charge me. As a younger college student, that’s always a comforting thing. Great service, would definitely recommend to a friend.

I appreciate Demo's. Demo's provides first class customer service. The staff are friendly, professional, very honest, and treat you like family. Upon arrival I was greeted very professionally by James. The auto center recently completed a major job (engine) on my truck. I received daily progress updates on my truck as it was being repaired from Costa (gm). After picking it up after the repairs were completed, I received a follow up call regarding the repairs from Renee. It is much appreciated the way they communicate and take care of you! I highly recommend Demo's...Wonderful people. Thank You for doing a awesome job.

I've been taking our cars to Demo's for 20 years. They are honest and reliable. They find and fix what is wrong and nothing else. They use OEM parts for body work (and we have used them more than I like to think about.) If you are like me and don't know a thing about fixing your car, then you have to have an honest mechanic. Demo's is the place to go to find one.

Had an all around great experience. Brought in my truck (2021 GMC Sierra) after getting rear ended. They made the process very easy and were very communicative. My truck came out looking brand new, like nothing happened.

I am beyond extremely pleased with my last interaction with Demos, which lasted over 6 months. Let me explain. The catalytic converter on my 12-year Toyota Prius was stolen. I had to replace the entire exhaust system due to the botched job. Demos said the parts would take around 6 months to get. They were right, almost to the day. I had no place to park the car at home, so they kept it at their lot and moved the car every day to protect the hybrid battery. Amazingly, they hybrid battery pack did not fail (during the hottest summer in Houston history). They also worked directly with my insurance company to make the process much less painful.
