These guys are amazing!! We already know how hard it is to find a solid trustworthy mechanic and these guys go above and beyond. They were a huge help dealing with a Mitsubishi Outlander that I recently purchased. I would highly recommend Dennis Hall's Auto Service to anyone. Great people here. I had an issue with my Acura MDX (flashing warning lights). Dennis Hall's crew looked at my car right away even though they were very busy on a Friday. They discovered that a simple issue caused the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes without charge. I greatly respect their honesty and help. Saved me a lot of hassle because I was headed out of town tomorrow and, otherwise, would have needed to rent a car. I recommend Dennis Hall Auto Service and plan to come back in the future.

I will NEVER look anyplace again for not only a good place to take my car but the most honest. I am beyond blown away how honest these people are. I needed my wheel bearings checked and just an overall check of my car. I'm single and a lot of places see single women coming and take advantage of that. So, ladies...you know what I'm talking about. This is where you can come and you will be treated with the utmost respect. Dennis Halls kept my car for a day and a half and thoroughly checked everything. I definitely need new wheel bearings. But other things they could've fixed.. like spark plugs and various other things...they said did not need right now and told me at what point to come back to have them checked. When they could have really taken advantage. Even the wheel bearings he told me as little as I drive it's not an issue and if I'm going to sell it then I might want to hold off. I spoke with Russell. Then I asked how much do I owe you for everything you've done for me. He said you don't owe us anything. I prayed in searching for someone to work on my vehicle that wouldn't lie. THIS is where God pointed me. I will never go anywhere else and to say I recommend them is an understatement. God bless you Russell and Dennis Halls Auto.

Wish I could give 10 stars!!! Our son was traveling cross-country and had car trouble. Another shop told him he needed a several thousand dollar repair. We were prepared to scrap the car. We called Dennis Hall's to get a second opinion. They helped me arrange a tow truck and had the vehicle fixed the same day for $83. Our son made it safely home and I couldn't be more grateful! They were honest and fair in a situation that gave then the perfect opportunity to take advantage. They even called the next week to make sure our son made it back OK. I would recommend them 1000 times over!!

Russell was super super helpful in helping me figure out why my car was misfiring. This was the first mechanic I could find that would work on my modified car. I’ll definitely be back for anything else that goes wrong! Also the waiting room was so well decorated and customer service was 10/10. Thank you guys!

First experience with this shop and I can’t say enough good things. I spoke with Russell over the phone 5ish months ago and he stayed on the phone and talked for 30+ min about an issue I’m sure he’s heard 1,000 times. He was extremely knowledgeable and up front. When it came time to make the appointment he remembered our conversation, called me before starting the work and delivered on exactly what he said. This was a great first experience and it is nice to know there are still people out there who show a genuine care in their neighbor and treats everyone with honesty and respect. I will be back for more service. Had work done on a 2016 F150 Update: truck went into limp mode after returning from a 3k mile trip. Called Ford dealer and of course would’ve sat there for 3 weeks before diagnosis. This was a Saturday so Dennis Hall was closed, but I had it towed there, got a phone call from Russell on Tuesday morning saying truck would be done by end of day, only hold up was aftermarket warranty. Can’t say enough good things about Russell and the techs at Dennis Hall. Very refreshing to deal with someone like Russell.

paid over $800 to simply replace a thermostat and a few pieces of rubber on the brake and clutch pedal. my radiator cap was left off which sprayed coolant all over my engine bay and multiple hoses on my intake manifold were left disconnected. whoever worked on my car shouldn’t be doing anything in life period and needs their ASE license taken away immediately.

Honest, fair, professional, and reputable shop! Needed work on my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback, this is the place to have your Honda worked on! I came into the establishment and explained to Russell what I needed done on my car. I'm fairly knowledgeable in my car having done maintenance and work on it, I moved to Knoxville from Florida and my living situation is sub-optimal to actually work on my car myself. I am very keen and cautious when it comes to finding a shop to work on my car as I've been burned in the past with dishonest and horrible individuals running car shops. As I explained to Russell what I needed done he was very receptive as well as knowledgeable in understanding what needed to be done, given that my car is modified I gave specific instructions on things he acknowledged throughout from beginning and end. Labor, price, time was all discussed prior to dropping my car off and showed great transparency and professionalism! I've already been to his shop twice to get things worked done and will be a returning customer and will definitely recommend this shop to anyone I know.

They only work on certain vehicles and they were booked up, at least that’s what they told me. They will recommend you to the overpriced shop next door that keeps your vehicle longer than needed. Maybe they only service certain types of customers so be mindful if you go to them. Don’t be disappointed if they turn you away.

I took my car here a couple weeks ago because my car was suffering a coolant leak somewhere. While unfortunately they couldn't quite figure out where the leak was as they found no external leak and they didn't want to go messing with my hybrid system (which I completely understand and appreciate their straight-forwardness); they were all super kind and genuine people. If I was in the area again and had another issue with my car, I would 100% come here first. :) Also if the the folks there read this: I took it to a Hyundai dealership and they found that it was my EGR cooler line that was leaking coolant.

Needed A/C valve replacement. I took it to Christian Brothers and they tried to add an additional repair to the job. We took it to Hall’s and they said that the additional repair wasn’t needed and also quoted me almost half the price of CB. They fixed it in a day and it’s running great. Great customer service as well.

This is a the type of auto repair service that you use for a lifetime. They are honest, fair and knowledgeable. You will have to wait awhile for an appointment but they are worth it.

I was leaking oil from my car and my manager recommended to come here. After checking my car out Russell discovered I just needed an oil change and new filter because I put things off too long and it was showing! Great customer service and not trying to rob me blind! Definitely a life long customer now for sure!

Excellent service and great people! I have used their services for over 20 years. Always reasonably priced, quick turnaround, never had to return to fix the same issue. TODAY, I had a problem with my non-electric, mechanical seat in my VW Beetle. Even though they don’t service VW, I called Quinton because the local dealership wanted $220 to just look at it—parts and labor would be above that. (Ew!) Quinton not only fit me in, they fixed this issue in 10 minutes (and refused to charge me since no parts were needed). These are good people you want to give your business to. :)

The people here have just been amazing! They don't charge an arm and a leg for the work, and they do a good job. I've never had to bring it back because they misdiagnosed a problem and super nice, too! 5 stars, but I'll offer the 6th here. 🌟
