3 months later and I have not made a final decision on a review. Until the work is completed through Allstate by Dennis Hall, I can not fairly give an honest review. (3 months into this) 3 stars is for the time spent into this "situation" Honest Review Coming ASAP

I’m a very satisfied customer my vehicle was damaged by an animal (deer) and you can not tell that it was ever damaged the repair was done perfect.

If you’re looking for a reputable body shop, avoid Dennis Hall’s Body Shop at all costs! When I brought in my car for evaluation, they told me they ordered parts and that I should bring in my vehicle for repair once the parts came. After a month of radio silence, I called daily for a week with no response. I finally learned that Katrinka Hall, Chad, and team had me wait over a month while they hadn’t even ordered any parts. What an utter waste of time.

I called this body shop on Monday this week with a concern for my vehicle. Chad, the general manager, was polite and professional. He gave me advice over the phone and was able to see me the next day. He inspected my car, referred me to glass specialist, and fixed a seal on my car door free of charge.

Dennis Hall Body Shop on Brooks rd in Memphis Tennessee kept my truck for over 3 months, they cut my reverse camera even though my insurance company paid for it they didn’t and won’t fix it, things where broken and it looks like someone was driving my truck, it’s more miles on it than when they got it, they are very rude and lye a lot… I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever. Keep your vehicles away from there

Didn't fix it right, had to keep calling, charged a $35 fee for using my card then pointing at sign that was covered up after I asked about it.

I attempted to use this service a year ago. I took my car in for minor issues with minor damage. This place was recommended to me by a co-worker, never again . My car was towed from my residence and I only needed an estimate. This was a 2020 kia. It came back with bent battery cables and DIFFERENT battery ( it was dead and rusted ) and a cracked windshield. No work needed to be completed under the hood. When I asked what happened, I IMMEDIATELY encountered backlash and hostility with no remorse. Not only was this the issue the NEW parts they would have been using were very overpriced. They were actually cheaper on the official Kia website . I took my vehicle back to the dealership and they confirmed what I have stated above and fixed it in half the time and price they stated. Bad customer service! Would have given 0 stars if I could have .

Had my car stolen and damaged and I took my car to Dennis Hall’s for repairs after it was found. Chad and the crew took EXCELLENT care of me and charged me a fair rate! Had my car back in no time good as new and I couldn’t be happier with the job Dennis Halls crew did for me! 5 stars can’t recommend enough!

Very rude l wouldn’t recommend no one to take there car there!! They had my car for two months still no fix still no parts!! Keep saying there waiting on this Particular part every week I called and they got the Audacity to get loud and smart!!

I thought that this was a well-known and reputable business, so I took my vehicle there after my car wreck. They still have my vehicle, every since 06/27, which I'm still paying a monthly car note on. This is an American made vehicle, American made parts, so I don't believe those parts Can't be found within 2 months. Can't continue to blame everything on COVID!

Great place to go! My lock on my car door was broken. They order the part and once it came in they fixed it in less than an hour! The customer service is A+! Extremely nice group of people! Oh and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg lol!
