I recently took my car to Dennis Road Automotive to get the AC fixed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The team was friendly, professional, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job fixing the AC, and now my car is running perfectly again. It’s hard to find a place that combines great service with quality work, but Dennis Road Automotive exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend them!

Great business to work with. Customer service is friendly and will break down all details of the quote to you if you have any questions. They helped me with a new drive train for my 96 Bronco. Not a business that will rebuild major components if that's what you're looking for, they do offer high quality Jasper components though which have a great warranty.

Worst shop ever took the work van to breaks and And took all day one day and next morning I believe it because it a fleet account they want as much out of them as possible

Outstanding experience! Major transmission issue that they fixed faster and cheaper than the dealership and a national chain shop both estimated. Excellent quality workmanship. Also, Jeramie, my service adviser, kept me well-informed, was exceedingly knowledgeable, and had incredible integrity throughout the repair process. I will definitely bring my car back here!

By far the best shop I've ever been to, truly one of a kind and a hidden gem in the DFW area. I needed major repairs on my engine and the work they did was impeccable, plus the staff really does make you feel like family. I plan to recommend this shop to all family and friends in the area.

Professional experts who care about their customers! I brought my truck to Dennis Road Automotive thinking I might need a new engine, their diagnostic tests pinpointed the problem and instead of charging me for a new engine, they explained the problem and the solution keeping me in the loop throughout the process. This shop really goes the extra mile. This is the best auto shop I have been to I cannot recommend them enough!

First time ever using Dennis Automotive. Joey helped me out with a quote to get my front brakes replaced. He was quick and very helpful. He even set up the appointment so that I could get them done quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great recommendation from others.

My father used to come here when he was alive and I have now been using their services for 20+ years. I highly recommend them. They stand behind their work. Won't do unnecessary work and you always get an advance estimate call telling you the work needed to be done. Not the cheapest, but will whip dealer prices any day! I recommend these folks and James, the manager very highly!

These are my people. I have been going to DRA for over 12 years and they have never done me dirty. I get an honest assessment of my vehicle, what is wrong and then they give me a fair price. I trust them with my car and have always been incredibly satisfied with their work. They remember me everytime I go in and treat me like a king. I love coming here and even though I live in Fort Worth, I will make the drive to come here! They are the real deal!

When first there I was told to go get my oil can’t back I ask he colored person same as me was this a good place to come he and said and then other started staring and didn’t a word I feel rasial profiled when I came there and they have slanted eyes working there

I have been bringing my cars to Dennis Road Automotive for years. James and his family have always made me feel welcome and provided fantastic customer service. They worked with my wife to suprise me for my birthday by fixing a long list of things that were broken on my car. They went above and beyond for her. My wife passed away a month ago. I brought my car in today to have a head light fixed so my car would pass inspection. My registration is due next month. I only asked for the head light to be fixed. They fixed the headlight, did the inspection and aired up my tires for me. James covered the cost for me. This is how businesses should treat their customers. Thank you, James.
