I give five stars to this PDR shop because Ken basically restored my side door dent. My first experience at the shop was a learning experience. He examined the dent with a light to assess its depth and found another dent as well. He went into specific detail about the extent of the damage on the side door. For the price, he used an app to calculate the damage and provided me with options for repair. I'm glad I chose this professional shop because they were able to restore the damage to its original condition.

Ken and Dent Discount are a dream. The first thing I said to Ken after I saw how he fixed up my car is "even if I had a magic wand I couldn't have done a better job". I drove 80 miles to get to Ken's shop and it was well worth it. I had a basically new 23 Miata that just hit 1year and 10k miles, I had just wrapped the whole car in ppf and a truck just turned into me. Luckily the ppf protected the paint so I could pursue a PDR repair. I didnt want the paint to age differently or for the car to have been in an "accident". My little fender bender had me very depressed and annoyed but Ken and his work is even better than a therapist. I recommend him to everyone I know now. If I ever have any problems in the future I know where to go. Couldn't be happier.

Ken did a great job of salvaging my car's rear bumper. We were considering buying an entirely new bumper. However, we were quoted for several hundreds to a few thousand dollars. He was able to remove the dent, realign and affix my bumper for an affordable price. He has great customer service too. I dropped my car at 9am and was able to pick up my car before 2pm. Outstanding workmanship..!! Ken & his staff took out a good size dent on top the front passenger fender without having to remove any part of the bumper or side 1/4 panel… amazing work…!! Not to mention he saved me hundreds of $$$ from what I got quoted from other dent repair specialist… Completed the work way ahead of the projected time…!! Ken did a great job on my bumper. Looks so much better. He also fixed a bad job done by Another PDR company. I can tell the difference! He’s a super nice guy. If you need ant PDR work done, I highly recommend him! He takes great pride in his work so you won’t be disappointed.

This is the best place to get your car repaired. Ken removed the dent and you wouldn't have even known there was a dent there. I guarantee you he will make you happy with the work he does he's very passionate about what he does and it definitely shows. I will definitely come back again. You will not find a better person to do dent removal out there he is definitely number one.

Went to get an estimate, didn't end up getting work done here because turns out it was too complex for standard PDR techniques, but the boss nonetheless took the time to explain things to me and tell me in general what the options were. Friendly and helpful.

In my search for a dent repair service, I came across various services, all offering different tactics on how to approach my blemish. I was told by almost all of them to expect it to be 90% back to normal, as there were concerns about creasing and not being able to reshape the body back to its factory finish. When I met with Ken, he was very kind and welcoming. He took the time to go over his strategy in repairing the dent. Compared to others, he would not have to make extra holes into the body in order to get his tools in the right position to complete the work. He was confident that if you put the time in work into taking off the panels and accessing the dent based on his strategy, he would not have to create more damage in order to make the car, aesthetically pleasing and repair it to my satisfaction. I appreciated the confidence, and this is one of those cases where the reviews really echoed, his professionalism, craftsmanship, and expertise in this area. He did an amazing job, such that you cannot even recognize previous damage to the body. The paint is intact, the car was put back together as promised, and I was pleased with the work. In your search for dent repair in the future, I recommend you at least bring your car to Ken so he can make an honest assessment and strategize with you as you will see his work as above and beyond what is offered out there and what others would consider industry standard. Ken has great customer service and gives honest advice. He steered me away from fixing my door damage and recommended getting a used door instead since the time to fix would have been cost prohibitive. Thanks to his focus on his customers, he even pulled out some of the dent on his own time just to make my door look decent. I highly recommend Dent Discount.

I had a dent in my new Rivian on the corner of the backside. I had several repair estimates that exceeded 5k! I had my car fixed with Ken and the results were flawless! He also managed to do it at a fraction of the other estimates. So impressive!!! Hands down the best!!

Ken is a legend. A god among men. My Rivian got whammed, bammed, thank you maamed without the courtesy of the other person's name or insurance policy. I had an already scheduled service for something else and this needed to be fixed first. If I'd had to push that appointment back I would have needed to wait months. This hero spent all weekend tippity-tapping my baby's derrier for me so that it would be fixed in time and I wouldn't have to reschedule everything else again. And now look at it. Dent? What dent? Don't know what you're talking about a dent. Nothing to see here. Just looks like fresh, unblemished steel to me. If your baby has a booboo bring it to Ken. He will make it all better. P.S. This guy is so good at what he does that when I first came in for a quote there was another PDR guy there who had flown in from across the country to spend a few weeks studying with him.
