***UPDATE it’s been a almost a MONTH AND HALF since the dealership has had my truck they said it’s going to need a engine and it’s going to be almost 13,000 because it’s a lease, and the engine has to be brand new engine and I’ve been paying out of pocket for a rental car i have called Kal several times when he finally answered me he said “I’m sorry fam I’m no longer there it’s been under new ownership/management” and gave me some other guys number like WHAT is going on as of right now I am waiting to see if my auto insurance will cover it if not I will be seeing these guys in court I have spent 2500 dollars out of pocket just on a rental car this is straight up B/S all this crap over a damm oil chnage at this shady spot I came here for a oil change yesterday my car cut off on Southfield keep in mind it’s dam near a brand new car i just had it towed the dealership and right away the dealership told me the truck had no oil filter on it I called Kal several times today and yesterday With no answer horrible customer service I don’t know what happened to this place all smiles and giggles until they mess your car up rob you and stop answering.

Got an oil change from this place …. And now my car is running rough he told me 4 different issues on my car when none of those issues are existent ….. my car turned off 4 times before I left the place and they tried to say I didn’t start my car all the way the first few times how is that possible? When I know how to start my car I do it everyday

I’m not sure if the management or owner has changed or not, but this place used to be women friendly, but now they’re trying to up charging me differently than advertised prices. The one guy tried to convince me that he had to give my car two transmission flushes, and that was why he was charging me more than the posted signage. The only reason why I choose this place over the dealership is because they use to be cheaper and the free oil changes are nice, but it’s no longer worth coming here.

Ehab the manager was very nice, very clear on the current status of my car and pricing of everything was fair. Most places were closed around 645pm and turned down my service, they did not and was willing to do all the work my car needed with good energy. Thank you, I look forward to returning

We only come here for our oil changes. The staff is always so friendly and professional. On our most recent visit, it was a hot day and Ehab the manager brought us ice cold water. He is the best! Exceptional service. Thank you guys!
