I have been going to this shop for several years now. The owner is up front about how long the service will take and if I'm purchasing tires, will give me a couple of options for purchase. I feel that their prices are fair and honest.

Despite the quality service the owners provide, the prices they charge for repairs compared to other mechanic shops two miles away are not worth it. I believe they overcharge more knowing the fact that most customers are ignorant of the normal prices for repairs/services. For example, changing my windshield wipers for the service and parts cost me $64. The same service at another mechanic shop by 137th offers this for $25.

Garbage place with horrible owner! I had my engine changed there and they took 3 months and never figured it out and then I got someone else that did it in one day. Dont take jobs if you don’t know what you’re doing

Our car’s tire kept losing air so we went to Devonaire and received great, prompt care and service at a reasonable price. I been have used Mr.Devonaire for a while now,but today was not a great experience! Yes,my AC was down and know they would be able to fix it.I just felt that if the job was down sooner than textbook says that a small discount would be offered for a repeating customer!! Instead he wants me to spend more $$ on wheels and oil change,when I just spent more $$$$ than I expected. I believe this time they were not honest about the service.

My daughter recommended this auto shop and it has been a great find. The staff is helpful, respectful, and honest, you can ask any question regarding your car and Alex will explain everything. You’re not overcharged and you know you’re in good hands on your first visit. You won’t be taken advantage of by having services your car does not need. Both my daughters bring their car here, Devonshire Services is our families mechanic. I highly recommend they become your families mechanic.

I've been going to Devonaire for years, even before Alejandro took over the business. He has been my go-to whenever I need oil changes or any other issues that come up (i.e. nails in tires, the bottoms of our cars hanging by a thread, leaking batteries, etc.). He has maintained two of our previous vehicles and two of our current vehicles. He's excellent at explaining what the issues are, keeps me updated and is reliable, which is pretty hard to find these days. Thank you always Alejandro!
