Ok okk no me gusta ablar de la gente pero esta ves se pasaron lleve mi troca por la luz del chekengine cambiaron bomba del agua bujias sensores y sas ya quedo lista 1400dls la saco de allí sorpresa mi troca estaba peor ya no avanzaba la regreso y les dije mi troca no está así y la luz sigue prendida me dicen vamos a dar una buelta para ver que ase y en el camino me dice es la transmision y eso sale caro pero puedo tratar de asele un cambio de aceite ala transmisión y puede quedar alomejor no 100x 100 seguro y sorpresa le digo yo se de mecánica y eso es una falla de las bujias k cambiaron la transmisión no tiene nada que ver con las fallas que ahora presenta y su color de piel cambio y se olvido de la transmisión dijo déjamela la revisaremos y para mi sorpresa me dijeron k lla estaba y ahora me cobraron 800 más y sorpresa ahora me tome una semana de descanso y estoy arreglando la troca yo por allí no me la arreglaron mi diagnóstico es cambiar el canister sensor valve y el radiador reventado no la bomba del agua qué cambiaron ellos

I My engine light was on and I was recommended by a family member who loves cars so I bought my car to Dexter’s they kept my car for 2 days and told me it was the transmission coils and it would cost over $700 . in desperate need to get to work and take care of my life and family I agreed to pay the price I got my car back same night the engine light came back on it was the weekend so they were closed the car was driving decent but then I noticed when I push on the gas the battery light would come on which my battery light was never on before letting Donnie service my car in the midst of me driving the radio went out & the car completely stopped on me on the side of the road just a week later. I had trouble finding a decent price to get my car towed back to Dexters and when I finally did they kept my car another 2 days to then say you have a bad alternator and ask for another $500 . When I came the first time to get my car checked there was no mention of a bad alternator and prior to being serviced here I put a brand new starter and alternator in early this year . I wouldn’t recommend nobody come here if you don’t wanna be bamboozled there is no way my car that I could drive onto Dexters lot now won’t even crank after I let them get under my hood not even a week later I spent so much money to still have a car not drive able . I took a big L thanks a lot . They are money hungry find somebody better .

The service here is always honest and efficient. I was supposed to get my car back on a Thursday, and they had it ready for me by Wednesday morning. They also fixed a couple of minor issues free of charge. Thanks, Dexter’s!

About a month ago, my husband and I were traveling into town from Michigan to see family. We needed to get our vehicle serviced unexpectedly, and Dexter’s welcomed us in immediately. We were able to get the car in the same day that we called. In fact, we were able to bring our car in within 1 hour of calling. While they were extremely busy, they made us feel like a priority, and promptly took care of us, because they knew we were not from the area. We are forever so thankful for not only the promptness of Dexter’s, but for making us feel like a priority, and empathizing with our situation. I’ve already recommended Dexter’s to all family and friends in Louisville. Thank you, again, to everyone at Dexter’s. You were all truly a blessing to us!

A huge shout out to Dexter's auto repair our engine mounts loosened up putting the collector on the frame and making realy bad noises. They got it right in, found the problem and down the road we went. Plus the inside of the shop is clean with all kinds of auto memorabilia. Well done!👏👏👏

Had my truck transmission replaced as well as my water pump. Had it in and out in a timely manner and have had no issues. Thanks guys

Donnie and this whole business is unprofessional!! Told him what my car problem could possibly be and they said it wasn’t the problem at first and that they “fixed” the real issue but only temporarily resolved the problem. I took it back to them less than 2 days later and they didn’t get back with me until 3 DAYS after!!! Saying it was the problem that I first assumed haha. So now I asked them what I spent $400 for and they said for his tech guy to look at and “solve/stop” the problem not “fix”. He went back on his word to make himself and his business feel better about misdiagnosing my car. Then proceeded to get an attitude with me for trying to explain why I shouldn’t have to spend more money for a problem they in fact didn’t fix. They don’t take accountability and they just want your money. First and last time dealing with this business.

They did great work on my truck... My regular mechanic was closed for the week, without letting anyone know, and I had already made several calls to no avail until I came cross Dexter's on Google Maps. They were the only place that could fit me in that day. Everyone else kept saying "oh bring it in next week". I'm glad I did take it in to them, because they fixed the problem within a few hours and had me back on the road. And told me everything else that was wrong with my car. Which I already knew, but that's what I expect out of a mechanic. Do everything you can to keep your customers safe in their vehicles. They'll be your loyal customers for a very long time. You have gained another life longer with me. Thank you.

We were in Louisville from St. Louis staying just down the road for a basketball tournament and had car trouble. Dexter's got us in right away and made our vehicle a priority to get us back on the road. They were honest in their diagnosis and repair and the pricing was fair for the work that was done. Can't thank them enough for their help in getting us back on the road.

David done a great job on my car. Not only is the oil burning smell gone my car drives perfect. I would not go anywhere else to have my vehicle worked on.
