Called AAA to get a spare put on and they dispatched DFW. Fernando was outstanding! Fernando did a fabulous job in a very no nonsense professional and timely manner. Great attitude as well in the 20 degree cold.

AAA sent DFW Road Services to fix my flat. FAST!!!! ERIC WAS FABULOUS!!! HERE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF MY CALL TO AAA, here and gone within 20 minutes. I would not be happier. Great attitude Eric!!!! Pleasure to get such fantastic service! Perfect!!

This 5 star review is for Dewayne who helped tow my inoperable car last week. My cars engine completely locked and we needed it towed from Christian Brothers automotive over to Carmax. I called AAA and not only did Dewayne arrive at the time expected, he was actually even EARLY which was amazing!!! And he kept me notified the entire time… he was also so friendly and sweet to myself and my 3 year old daughter who loved watching the tow in action! Genuinely so grateful for people like Dewayne who saved us in a really tough situation!! Thank you again so much!!!

Fernando was sent out by AAA and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I was getting my car towed to a mechanic and Frrnando asked if he could check the battery first. He charged it and it started right up. Long story short, this kind soul saved me thousands of dollars. Keep up the good work sir!!!

They scheduled a tow to arrive at 9:17am. At 10am I called and asked for an update and am now being told they won't make it until after 11:30am because "they are busy." After telling them they should quote times accurately the guy got rude and snapped "it's a computer that gives you an estimated time not us." Okay but then why is your computer over 2 hours off?? Would never use them or recommend the service or customer experience to anyone.

Came by to tow my car to a shop, but tried jumping it and got it going. Saved a ton of hassle, time, and money. All this happened in about 5 minutes! Great service!

Called AAA because of a flat tire. Lug nuts were stripped so a spare couldn’t be put on. They sent this company to me for a tow and Superman was timely, efficient, and very friendly. If you deal with this company, ask for Superman!! He’s awesome.

I had called AAA because my battery had died and needed replacing. I worked with them to schedule replacement. It turned out that the battery needed had been discontinued and difficult to find. DFW Road Service worked diligently to find a replacement for me. Dwight came out and tested the battery to confirm that it was definitely dead and then quickly removed and replaced it. He was professional and friendly and we had a great conversation. Thanks for getting me back on the road.

1st No internal communication, so no one knows what is going on when you ask questions. 2nd Told us they would look at it when it was brought in, but they didn't. 3rd charged use for battery replacement, even though we went and got the new battery because it was under warranty. (Yes it was in the shop at the time, came in to see the status of thing and they said batter is bad and we knew it was under warranty so we got the new one verse buying theirs.) 4th Over priced, and found the most expensive part they could. Which they charge in full for and didn't rebate the core for us but instead kept the core rebate for themselves. And thus also refused to give use the part. 5th ONLY take CASH and didn't inform us until it was times to pay bill. Most disturbing is the reason given was people were disputing charges. Now we know way. 6th They replaced a starter and didn't supple any proof starter was actually bad. But more disturbing was after calling and saying car is ready we turned on car and the engine is now knocking. (THERE WAS NO ENGINE KNOCKING BEFORE) So now we are out the money for the repair. The actual repair they did is suspect, and we still had to have the car towed to the dealership to have car repaired. Nothing about this job was right.

Aeron frm DFW Road Services Inc. was Awesome & on time. Sent by AAA. I must add, it was extremely hot but Aeron gave us great service assistance and our vehicle started right up, thanks to him. They are a great company to work with.

Mechanic isn’t good at all your vehicle go in to be fixed when get it back the same problem my company use them to repair vans they don’t fix them rite instead of patching tires they just plug them place is a joke

Do not trust these guys. Ever. I was found unconscious from heatstroke after being told repeatedly that the guy was 10 minutes away for 4 hours. I was on the side of a busy hwy barely on the shoulder. Engine was blown so I couldn’t run the vehicle to cool off, plus I had no water or anything in the vehicle. Do not trust them with anything. I almost died.

Worst Towing company in the state of Texas. They are unprofessional, lazy and unprepared. They damage my Mercedes upon towing it and wouldn’t fix it. I had to pay out of pocket to fix my car. That’s ok as I truly believe in karma.

AAA dispatched them out to me. I was kind of upset cause of the delays at first. However! The driver Mr. Madison is such a humble soul and did everything in his power to get me back in the road. And that right there was awesome! If it wasn’t for the driver I would’ve trashed them! But they actually do try to accommodate you. Their dispatcher lies!

Buyers BEAWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS, I paid $150 for a tire, gave them the tire size on the phone, they came and changed it putting the wrong size tire on my truck and in less than 24 hrs I wake up to a flat on the same tire. I called them and told them only for them to tell me it’s not their fault, even though they put the wrong size tire on my truck and if I want it fixed I have to pay another $75 service call. I’m a single mom and they took advantage of me.

Customer Service is a dying art.. But it's still Alive and well at DFW Road Services & Tow! Erick Perez was the employee whom I dealt with and I felt like the 5 stars I'm leaving! 🥳 Very professional and courteous. Offered suggestions to make my situation work. I can't recommend enough making DFW Road Services and Tow a first choice. If your cars being towed? Things are already stressful. Being met with sincere help was both professional and refreshing! Dangerous driver Had an employee almost hit my car and then get out of his vehicle to yell obscenities because "I was in the way". I hope the business follows up as this employee is a liability waiting to happen. To the owner, this happened today at Bill's half price in north Fort Worth, please call the store if you want to followup they witnessed the episode.

Must have quick service when their drivers will blow by you in city limits doing well over the speed limit. Unfortunately I was unable to get a good look but it was a brand new Nissan frontier with paper plates traveling through Keller: slow down, it’s not worth it.

Our need for a AAA Tow was provided by DFW Road Services by Jamie. We were broken down on Saturday at a tournament with the uni-belt broken. AAA called Auto Nation Ford dealership to inform them about our situation and emergency need for repair due to our travel trailer plans to depart on Sunday. We processed to Ford dealership which was about to close and had NO mechanic to assist. God works in mysterious ways by sending Jamie for a reason. Jamie called us a mobile mechanic to come to our RV lot. We had bigger problems than a broken belt with the power steering pump bolts broken. We got it fixed by Martel the master mechanic. Jamie went above and beyond which we are forever thankful.

Superman came to my rescue for real!!! I needed a tow because the Tx Freeze damaged my axle and I was unable to turn the steering wheel. Called AAA and they sent out DFW Road Service and Tow. The driver who goes by the name Superman assessed my issue, hooked and booked within 10mins. Thanks Superman, we need more heroes like you out there!!!

The first techs who came out were nice, jumped my car and I drove it to get battery charged. It ended up dying in the middle of the freeway and I called the tech back. They came immediately to attempt to jump it again but it would not, so he then pushed it to a safer spot in 110 heat and gave me a ride home. Love them. The tow driver who was sent after was also astounding because he placed the car into our garage so it is safe from rain/theft while we are in the middle of a move and cannot repair. (The key is stuck inside and car stuck in neutral with windows down due to dead battery.) I am so thankful to all of those who helped me with this for going above and beyond in the middle of a stressful move.

This Tow Service was sent to us by AAA & We HIGHLY Recommend!!! These Guys are 5 Star All The Way!!! The Driver Jaime is Awesome! He continually went above & beyond. He was early & waited at the Impound Yard. He attempted to charge our Battery that was Dead. Due to our drive thru gates being to narrow to get his Tow Truck in, He helped us push our Car in. We Cannot Speak Highly Enough!
