I live in Albany Park so I always try and acquire services in my community. After calling four tire shops for a reasonable price to replace my tire sensor, Diamante’s answered and was extremely professional, they gave me the most reasonable price. They had me in and out within 30 minutes!!! So happy I found this place

Had a cracked wheel welded. They had it back the next day. It's still holding air. The guy working the desk was cool. I've had another wheel welded ( same car, different wheel ) and they charged me $200.00. And Diamante charged $150.00. So overall, I'm pretty happy. I'd go back if needed.

Jose was very professional and great prices. Had a lift kit and new rims and tires installed. They accidentally broke my tie rod but replaced it with GM parts . Accidents happen but was worth the wait. Would recommend them to anyone.

at the beginning they provided very good service, but after half a year since I started visiting them often, they began to provide not very good service, citing the fact that they have a lot of cars and they don’t have time, I will never come to them again, I I drove three hours to see them so they could make me a car, but alas they don’t have time 👎👎

I changed a tire here today and paid $115, and right after that I started hearing noises coming from my tire. When I go back and asked them to check it out, they rudely said that it was just a coincidence and that it had nothing to do with them. When I insisted that they check, I heard them turn to each other and say, "Check it but make him wait." This place is unprofessional, their managers are incompetent, they don't even know how to talk. Don't go here, otherwise they will scam you too!!! They charged me $115, damaged my car and took no responsibility and laughed at my face! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

No doubt service is excellent, but some time overcharged. As a regular customer, was expecting $5 to $10 would be for a removal of tire sensor light, but I got charged $20 for hardly 2 minutes job around the clock. I asked cashier, are you not charging extra, he laughed and said "You have to be" - I did not expect this, some other mechanics are kind & do not even charge for these small services. I am not saying not to charge it, but please do not over charged it.

Have tried calling for days and only got a hold of them twice out of my numerous calls. First contact they gave me a quote and I informed I while be calling back to schedule an appointment when I knew the date my parts would be in. After that tried calling for 2 days with no answers or call back then finally the 3rd day I get a hold of them for him to tell me he’ll call me back about scheduling with no call back nor answers afterwards. I understand business can be busy but it shouldn’t be this hard to get in contact with a mechanic.

Fantastic service, super quick, extremely reasonable. Alex and the other gentleman at the counter were incredibly helpful when I was there earlier this week with a tire issue. Its a solid local find that I definitely recommend.

Literally the best auto place. Got all my tires, breaks and rotors done in just a few hours and they changed my break light last minute free of charge! They are amazing thank you guys

Chicago streets suck so we’ve been here quite a few times to get a tire patched. The employees are nice and usually get me in and out within an hour.

I can't say enough good things about this shop, they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I have been going here for almost 10 years. If you are looking for a honest, knowledgeable, professional mechanic with reasonable prices, then Jose is your guy. This shop will go the xtra mile to take care of you. You will never have to worry about; if your being 'over charged', or being told you need to replace something that is not broke.. When you stop in.. it feels like a friend or family member working on your car that has your best interest in mind.

I needed some new tires so the owner Jose recommended Vercelli 305/35/24. These tires are way too soft trash. 2 of the tires had blow outs and all my rims are bent now. When I talked to Jose about the problem he didn't back his product. I had to come out of pocket for the cost. Stay clear from Diamante tires.

Pros: * Reasonable, although not amazing prices * Knowledgeable and honest techs Cons: * Come expecting to spend most of your day there. They are super busy and don't take appointments. * Not exactly honest about the point above. I was quoted "a few hours" which ballooned to "at least 4 hours" by the next day when I came in to get the work done.
