My Honda CRV hood was terribly damaged and once I began the process of calling around for help, I realized how different local establishments run things. From my initial phone call to the pickup, it was a superb experience. They (Jane) even contacted the party responsible for the damage ( who was alerted in advance) on my behalf, on a few occasions, to provide the details, photos and overview of the extent of the damage. Then, when my new hood replacement was unavailable (national backorder for several months) Jane called around and found one elsewhere. She saved me a lot of time, frustration and confusion. The folks at Diamond Collision really know their stuff about cars, insurance and making vehicles beautiful again. Seamless work done by their team! They have blown me away.

I highly recommend diamond collision!! They are amazing!! The front of my new car (2023 Mitsubishi outlander ralliart edition) was hit and I was devastated. They got me right in, and when I got my car back it looked brand new again. They were so good to us too, anytime there was a new update They called us and gave us all the info. We appreciate you guys so much!!

We have used Diamond 3 separate times (all insurance claims) to repair damage on 3 different vehicles. Whether it was fire damage, hit and run or debris on the highway. They have done a great job each time and stood behind their work. They have done a thorough investigation on the damages each time and caught items we were unaware of, then made sure it was covered by insurance. Not to mention friendly and flexible with the whole process. 👍

I HIGHLY recommend Diamond Collision. My car was rear ended and I was devastated.. these folks got me in the next day with an estimate and got everything fixed up perfectly and in a timely manner. They were super helpful throughout the process and made a heavy time a lot easier for me. The work they did is beautiful! My car looks perfect and I could not be happier with the experience I had. Great company and I always love the work they do for my vehicle. I’ve used them twice and wasn’t disappointed either time. The girls in the office always go above and beyond with helping dealing with insurance companies and helping schedule around when to get your vehicle fixed.

I recently had my car repaired at this shop, and I'm happy to report that they did an excellent job. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they kept me updated on the progress of the repair. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new - you couldn't even tell it had been in an accident. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the repair work and the level of customer service I received. I would definitely recommend this collision shop to anyone in need of car repairs.

They repaired my 3 year old truck after I hit a deer. When I picked it up, it literally (and I am not exaggerating one bit) looked better than it did when I bought it a year ago. Now the front of the truck looks looks like it did the day it rolled out the factory door. Two thumbs up!

We had a great experience with Diamond- they took extra care with our classic Miata to make sure the paint matched perfectly and even replicated the decal which had been ruined by damage (and no longer manufactured by Mazda). Thank you so much, Diamond!!

We had extensive damage done to the driver side rear door and box of our truck. Just got it back and she looks brand new. They went above and beyond and even cleaned out the inside of the truck for us. We are so thankful and would recommend them to anyone !

Diamond Collision was wonderful when I was hit by a deer. There was damage down the whole driver's side of my vehicle. The customer service was great. They worked with my insurance company to make sure that everything was fixed. My Explorer looks like new. I would highly recommend.

The staff here were just wonderful, super friendly! They did a wonderful job communicating with me, my husband (who also got his car fixed through Diamond Collision), and my insurance company to get the repair done. When I went there for a quote, they listened and were super friendly and nice. Job was well done and completed in a timely fashion. The ladies were even responsive via email as well, in a timely fashion. Would recommend to a friend, 10/10; they truly went above and beyond to fix my car and get it looking brand new!
